Beautiful restaurant, with a comfortable outdoor dining area. Service was very professional, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The bruschetta sampler is well worth it. Even the bread served with the meal was delicious and fresh, especially loved the herby flatbread they serve. Dinner was very flavorful and fresh. Good even when leftover and reheated. Drinks were delicious as well. Will dine here again!

Great kids menu. Ordered salmon and mashed potatoes, pasta with meat sauce. The servings were so large that we thought it was our main course. They were really smart to bring our kid’s food out first since they have no patience. I had a kale Caesar — very smart to marinate the kale first so it wouldn’t be so tough and dry. Hi and loved the carbonara. Fast service. Had to ask for silverware.

It’s always a good choice when I come to Palm Beach to visit my mother. The food is superb and their wine selection very good.

Because my wife is Italian and her mom always makes us food I eat Italian food at least once a week if not more. It’s a cuisine that’s loved around the world because… Italian food. Yes it’s not really a reason or complete sentence but ya it’s good. If you know, you know. We came to Brio with my wife’s cousin and his wife to have dinner. We decided to eat outdoors which is covered with fans overhead. Brio’s menu has a lot of choices between pastas, meat main dishes, and entrée sized salads. We went with our usual fried calamari as as app and the complimentary bread was both a hard loaf and sesame flat bread. My main I had ordered was the veal which included a side of angel hair pasta in white sauce and my wife had ordered the steak medallions topped with Gorgonzola with potatoes. The food was very generous and the quality was very good. The veal was thin and lightly breaded. The pasta and veggies were good compliment. The steak medallions(2 oz each) were 3 pieces and the melted cheese was a savory addition and was a rich flavor on the tender meat pieces. Our servers were attentive and making sure our drinks were fine and that we had everything we needed.

We were given a voucher at the AHS Forum 72 conference. Very delicious! We had two servers, one was in training. They were great and very prompt with drinks and bread. I ordered the wedge salad and mozzarella flatbread. So good!!! The atmosphere is great and the food is definitely worth trying!

We stopped here for a quick lunch visit. I ordered the soup and a full salad. My guest had the strawberry salAd. The tablecloth was dirty and not with food. My guests cloth napkin had lipstick on it. I understand this happens and this wouldn’t be a big deal but when we asked for a new one as this is dirty. She left it on the table and brought a new one. Bisque and salad was served together! Bisque was buttery and a bit salty. My steak salad was served completely soggy and I didn’t eat it. No one around to give me a refill. Let me also say that my guest has been here for two acceptable lunches prior to this experience. Thus the extra star.

We went for happy hour where drinks were from $ 4 to $ 6. The early bird menu was on the bar and our server Matt who by the way has over 20 years experience was very informative. We discussed drink popularity thru the last 30 yrs, since the place was not that busy at that hour. Usually Brios can be quite busy during the season. After ordering drinks, the anticipated arrived. Tomato/mozzarella salad & Sausage/pepperoni flatbread were excellent. But we had to order 2 Beef Carpaccios, they really were over & above w/the mustard aioli & Parmesan. .

I ordered the chicken milaese and it was delicious. On the pasta, there was a creamy milk sauce and a great tomato red sauce that tasted so fresh. The mozzarella tasted fresh too, and the breaded chicken was so good it was the perfect balance of wetness and breading. The server was attentive and anticipatory. An overall great experience for West Palm Beach.

By far the best place to eat in city place if you ask me. Food is delicious, staff was so friendly from the moment we walked in. Our server was very warm welcoming and informative. She could answer any question we had without any doubts and prices are well worth the food you receive. Classy and amazing atmosphere. :)

Absolutely EXTRAORDINARY!!! Service was amazing thanks to our waiter Reagan he was super friendly, knowledgable about everything on the food and drinking menus. He made this experience that you have at Brio worth every penny. The food was amazing with every bite there was a blast of flavor. I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant and can’t wait to experience it again.

Holy shit this lunch was amazing. One of the best flatbread pizzas and salads I’ve ever eaten. Get the sausage, pepperoni, and ricotta flatbread and the strawberry chicken salad. Unbelievable.

I had one of the worst restaurant experiences ever at this location. I had relatives visiting from Orlando and Minnesota and we all agreed to eat at Brio and made a 5:15pm reservation. Since we were stuck in traffic, we called the restaurant and let them know that we were going to be late. They took note of this and decided to go ahead and seat the people that were already there. Once we arrived, we made our way to a table in the back by the kitchen. It took approx. 10 minutes before a waiter greeted us and took our drink order. He came back with the drinks and took the food orders. This is where the meal took a turn for the worst. We asked several times for drink refills with no luck. We asked the server who delivered our dinner(probably a food runner) for refills. He proceeded to let our server know that all of us needed refills. And what was the server’s response? He waved his hand and replied, «I don’t have time for that. I am really busy.» What? I couldn’t believe what I had just heard! After a few more minutes, my wife asked for a manager to come over to our table. When the manager arrived, both of us politely explained to her that the service was absolutely horrible. We have eaten at Brio(other locations) several times and this was, by far, our worst experience. We also mentioned that our guests had not eaten at Brio before and this was not how we wanted to introduce them to the restaurant. The manager replied, «Well, because your reservation was for 5:15pm and you didn’t arrive until 6:45pm, we had to give your original table away and seat you in this section where there is no server. I had to ask your server to take this table even though he is really busy with other tables.» I answered, «We just told you that the service is horrible and you are making excuses for him. Really?» She said that she will send another server over to our table to refill our drinks and clear away some of the plates. My wife actually asked for limes for her Diet Pepsi five times. The wait staff kept telling her that the limes were at the bar and they need to go and get them. At this point, I walked over to the bar and got the limes myself. The manager did send over one server who did a fantastic job. She basically took over for our original server and she apologized many times for the bad service. As we were getting ready to leave, the original server happened to be dropping off the check. We asked him if he could take a picture of all of us. He replied, «I really don’t have time for this. I am very busy.» He handed to camera off to another employee who graciously took the picture. What a disaster! I will not go back to this location and I think that our original server needs to be let go. Customer service is not his strong suit and it showed last night. All he had to do was ask for help and he couldn’t even do that. The manager did end up giving us a 50% discount; however, this was only the start of what should have happened. I sincerely hope that the manager spoke to the server about how he treated us. If not, he is bound to treat other customers this way and the negative Unilocal reviews will keep coming in.

Been to Brio twice now, both times for dinner while visiting family around Christmastime. Whatever I ordered the first time around was not particularly memorable. This year, I had the Ravioli di Bello(Portobello ravioli, crimini mushrooms, grape tomatoes, Parmesan, thyme, champagne brown butter sauce) and a glass of the 19 Crimes red blend. Both were really good. In particular, the ravioli was great and the sauce had a rather unique, savory flavor. Everyone else in our party enjoyed their dishes, which ranged from lasagna bolognese to the house salad. The service was warm and attentive; our server, who recommended my glass of wine, seemed genuinely concerned as to what I thought of it. He was happy to bring out another basket of the addictive complimentary breads/dipping oil upon request, and was quick to let us know that the kitchen was a bit backed up, even though our dinners didn’t end up taking too long to arrive. The dining room is pretty massive, but each time we’ve been here it’s been packed, so I’d recommend a reservation, especially around the holidays. You can also dine outdoors as well. Edit: We dined at Brio once more before leaving West Palm Beach. This time around, I tried the insalata & zuppa: lobster bisque and the bisteca insalata(lettuce wedge, gorgonzola, tomatoes, creamy parmesan dressing). The lobster bisque was creamy and packed with flavor, and the salad, while fresh, sported a dressing that was a bit too rich, even for my dressing-loving self. To top off our meals, we split a crème brûlée, which was prepared just as it should be: traditional and delicious. I don’t often make recurring visits to restaurants, usually preferring to try something new, but I’ll look forward to coming back to Brio the next time I’m in WPB.

The décor here is just lovely and I’m sure it entices lots of passerbyers. High ceilings, lots of outdoor seatings, big awnings… it has the look of luxury all about it. Looks can be deceiving. I’ve felt disappointed by the food every time I’ve been here. The shrimp and crab cake tasted like a chef went mayonnaise happy, which then made my stomach unhappy. I’ve also gotten the soup and salad, minestrone soup and chopped salad. It was alright, not worth it though. Might as well have gone to Publix and bought a can of Progresso. Last time I was there, we decided to sit at the bar. In my experience, service is better at the bar usually and I mean that about any restaurant since it’s probably hard to forget you when you’re sitting right there even if it’s busy… Well, it took forever to get bread, and when I got it, the butter dish was dirty with a slimy blue film. They seemed embarrassed, but no one said sorry. You’ll probably get better service sitting outside here. On the brighter side, if you want to experience the ambiance here, they have a Pitcher of Mimosas. You can drink and enjoy the nice spacious environment pre-brunch because that’s all this place really has to offer. Then make plans to eat elsewhere.

City Place has many restaurants to choose from but most of them offer mediocre food and inconsistent service. When Brio opened more than a year ago, we hesitated to try it. Thinking it would be another chain restaurant and nothing to write home about. Last fall we decided to try it with some visitors. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was not Tuscan cuisine but very good Italian-American. Service was consistent and efficient. Portions were big and good value. We have been back three times and enjoyed it every time. If you like Beef Carpaccio, you must try Brio’s. The beef was sliced perfectly thin and portion was large enough to share. The truffle oil on the Prosciutto & Roasted Mushroom Pizza made all the difference, just delicious! All their pasta dishes we tried were consistently al dente. We were mostly full after entrees, so the Dolchino sampler desserts were just perfect to finish off a fantastic meal. Brios accepts reservations from OpenTable. This makes a stress free dining experience. If you spent over $ 100, parking is free. We will be back for Brio’s Happy Hour next. Looking forward to it!
