I Walked in 5 minutes before they closed and since i had my title in hand and the Carmax offer. They fit me in!
The whole staff was extremely nice and helpful.
Even at the end of the day. If I had to sell a car again my first stop would be autobuy! Best part they beat Carmax over $ 500.
That was a nice little bonus!

Great place… easy to work with. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they took $ 1000 off my offer after just a couple months. I don’t think car depreciated that much.
Other than that, they are a pleaure to work with. Really straightforward.

Fast service and friendly staff. They where able to offer a higher price than car max was offering me. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and payment will be available faster than the «up to 10 days» car max takes to make funds available.

This place does false advertising! After visiting car max and two other buying services we came here to see if they would meet or beat the price. After the appraisal, the rep offered us $ 1,200 less than our best quote! When he asked for the printed proof, we gave it to him, and then he went to see his boss. He came back and told us he could not meet or beat these quotes because we had the wrong color car! I then accused them of false advertising and left. When we went to pull out the rep ran after us and told us to go sell it to car max, come back with the receipt, and then he would give us a check for $ 100 to show they beat the price.

They beat the CarMax price. They were quicker in evaluating the value of the car and they were courteous. It took about 30 minutes total. Yes they did make me pay for the title transfer but it was $ 10 (yes ten).

As usual, we took our car to CarMax and once they check out the car, tell you what is all wrong with it and then TRY to sell you a car, they went low on the appraisal. Of course the dealership is even lower than CarMax. Now this company, I was very cautious since I have never heard of it until I heard about it in the radio. I figure if they are paying for advertisement on the radio they should be good. I did my searches and even a BBB on them and it all looked good. Well we called them and they came out on a Monday afternoon and they beat the price by $ 250.00. Hey $ 250.00 we do not have to take out of our pockets to pay off the car. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very courteous, very understandable and professional. If you are not satisfied with CarMax, which we were not, call them up! It’s free in regards to them coming out, no obligation. Can’t beat that. We recommend them highly!

I sold a car at autobuy, Stuart fl last month.
I was pretty happy with the sale. I made an appt, came in, and the inspector went over the car, and test drove it.
gave me a check, and we did a title transfer (at my expense).
all in, it was fairly painless. I would have liked more $ for the car, but it is what it is. I agreed to the price and the paperwork was completed.
probably 2 hours total time spent. –seems like a lot, but a hour of that was paperwork.
I would recommend them.

First time using a car buying facility. Went to Autobuy first, then to Carmax. Autobuy’s slogan of «we pay the max» is balls on! $ 500. More than carmax!
Highly recommend Autobuy. Staff is better than good. I used the Belvedere road location.

I first took my car to CarMax for an appraisal and then I brought it here to see if they would beat the offer.
The setup was easy –I went to
and set up an appointment easily which they called and confirmed shortly thereafter.
When I rolled in they were expeditious and very friendly.
I waited in the lounge room with fresh coffee (woohoo) which is pretty plain but you aren’t there long. Then they take you in a room and share the outcome.
They told me that my carmax offer was very good and I should consider taking it. They usually do beat the offers but in this case they were not able to.
I appreciated the honesty and took their advice! While I didn’t sell my car to them, it was worth the time and I appreciated the customer service. To gain another star, need I say? They should have paid the max :-)
