ATT Device Support Center

After major problems with AT&T Associates at the Retail Store down the street and countless hours issues with the Customer Service People on the Phone, with NO resolution in sight., I called this ATT place. If it weren’t for Nick, the Manager, I would have closed all four of my wireless accounts, and gone back to Sprint. He spent a very long time with me and listen to my problem with the store people and the customer service people on the phone and calmed me down. Not only did I feel like the people at the store where I bought my phone rip me off, they lied to me and sold me a defective phone. Nick did whatever he could to help me and replace my phone with a phone that actually worked. Then he set everything up and showed me how to keep my phone from getting bogged down and sluggish. He is a real Gem and AT&T is extremely lucky to have him!!!
