Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM West Palm Beach

I had an open recall on my Durango for 2 years on the airbag inflators. I stopped in the dealership and called numerous times and was always told to call back that they did not have the parts and did not know when they would arrive. I finally called Dodge Headquarters in Michigan to complain and they told me the parts had been shipped to Arrigo some time ago! Arrigo never called to tell me they were in. These people excel in stupid advertisements and not in providing actual service to customers.

I have purchased six vehicles from Arrigo and I’ll keep buying more. Plus, they service all of my vehicles. I love this place.

This is by far the worst dealership in palm beach county. My mothers car was brought into it for 2 problems and the car was given back to us the same exact way and it is now not starting again. She has lost her job due to both times that she’s had no car to make it to work. They kept her vehicle for over a week and all her phone calls were ignored not called back and completely disregard.

Have been to Arrigo Dodge on Okeechobee for warranty and other basic service a few times.
Dropped off our 2014 Jeep Sahara for oil change and tire rotation yesterday. Arrived to pick up the truck about an hour after they called. We found the Jeep parked at the far end of customer parking with all the windows down and people walking around the vehicle. We do not roll the rear windows down. Not sure why they were down after a service. The center console and glove compartment were also unlocked. The afternoon rain was just starting in addition to the security concern, the weather was another. We tried talking to a service manager who we waited with for 10 minutes while he waited for the person who parked the Jeep. They never showed, which is good. Excuse we should not have to confront an Arrigo employee as a customer. The manager then asked us to fill out a survey with positive feedback indicating the issue was resolved and the $ 19 tire rotation fee would be waived. Unfortunately this is a matter of respecting customer property and professionally resolving issues. We want to feel confident that our vehicles and belongings are in respectful hands at a local name brand such as Arrigo. That did not happen. We attempted to call and speak with someone to no avail. After multiple tries we reached the general managers voicemail and left a message. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING ARRIGO.

Came here for my first oil change ever. I was expecting the worst since you hear so many horror stories, especially being female. However, my experience here couldn’t have been better. I pulled up into one of the quick service lanes and was greeted by one of the staff. He got whatever information he needed from my car, which pulled up my Jeep profile, and had me confirm the info. Then he asked what I needed done and that was that. No extras, surprises, or any hint of slyness. He directed me to the customer lounge which had comfy chairs, a large TV, free coffee, and vending machines for snacks. The oil change took 30min, as stated, and I was sent on my way. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership, and it will definitely be my go-​to stop for future services.

Received a coupon through Mopar for oil changes special. Called up to ask an advisor but none were available. Girl on phone was not helpful as she had no knowledge of service. Told her to either connect me to service or I could go elsewhere. She came back and said all were busy! She told me she would take my info and forward to advisor. This was three days ago! When I went there and presented coupon, guy tried to up sell me telling me they didn’t have regular oil anymore. Original price of coupon went up a lot!
Needless to say I left and called delray jeep. They said there was no problem and so while delray is a few miles more than west palm, I will never go back for service or to buy a jeep ever!!! They got one star because it looks kinda cool when you drive in as you are entering a theme park, but that happiness is way over!!!

I brought my car in for a recall repair and they asked me to pay for a one hour diagnostic costing $ 130. Couple hours later he called back and said they wanted to do a three hour diagnostic on the car for a total of $ 390.
When I went back to get the car I told him that I didn’t trust them because of all the negative reviews online. Associates response was that he didn’t see the value in providing a good customer experience because even if he bends over backwards for a guest they might still leave a negative review and therefore he has learned to do the bare minimum. I would just trust your gut with these guys also look for any information on the Better Business Bureau before trusting them with your car and maintenance of your vehicle.
I ended up looking on Google and on Unilocal for a mechanic in the area that had positive reviews and found Ultimate Auto Service of Lake Worth. I ended up taking my car in there and they were able to solve the problem within an hour.

In and out in 45 minutes. very quick with a very FULL waiting room. And I learned today that they don’t just patch a tire with a screw in it. They take the wheel off and patch it from the inside. I was very happy today with my experience.
I went back two days ago with another screw in my tire. This time they asked if I had road side. Me– I don’t know. They towed my truck once. (I’m that girl that doesn’t know what’s going on but expects the dealership to have that info) so when all was said and done, I did have road side. They handed me a receipt with no charge. You could imagine my confusion bc I paid $ 25 for the exact same thing 6 months ago. So next time I go back they’ll rotate my tires, but I’ll know what’s going on.

After 4 weeks and dozens of calls Jim Arrigo did meet with me and resolve the issues in a very business like manor.

Of all the Jeep dealerships I went to from Miami to west palm, arrigo was the absolute best. Customer service was impeccable but more importantly our sales woman, Jean, exceeded our expectations by far. We have now purchased two jeeps from arrigo because of her. She is honest and works the best deal she can. I am blown away by her salesmanship and HIGHLY recommend her at arrigo dodge.

Worst experience buying a car. As one of the Unilocalers said, they’ll do anything to get you in their showroom, waste your time and then hit you with a crazy price. The guy that «helped» us (Raymond?) totally fooled us saying that we could easily get in a new car knowing that our credit wasn’t good and that we had a low down payment, didn’t check any credit before wasting our whole day showing cars and at the end, when we were ready to buy: we can’t do anything for you. We called the manager to complain and the attitude was careless and mean. Pretty much: we don’t give a darn! Very very bad experience, if you have a decent credit and down payment don’t waste your time with these people, if you don’t have it. Definitely don’t go there!

Terrible! I took in my Jeep Wrangler, it was stalling on me. I took it in and what they told me they were doing was not what was on the actual report. In the end, they charged me about $ 800 to change my spark plugs and put on new windshield wipers. Obviously that did not fix my issue. So, I was driving again and stalled on I-​95 (hooray!!). What did they do? Said it was my Jeeps fault because it’s a 2003 and old. These mechanics have to be a bunch of idiots. So, The second round cost me another $ 400. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!! You will regret it!

Service dept. is totally inept. Took our grand jeep cherokee in because it was ‘missing’ and jerking. They said it had no oil. Seriously? No leak, no puddles. Maybe it evaporated. Then replaced solenoids for $ 900. Still missing. Then replaced computer for $ 600. They still had no idea whats wrong and want to take the engine apart. we left with it driving ten times worse than when we brought it in.
Always have owned jeeps but test drove a couple this weekend, and they dont run well anymore. We bought a Lincoln instead.

DON’T BELIEVE THEIR ADS … These guys will tell you anything to get you inside their showroom to sell you a car at above-​MSRP. You hear the Arrigo brothers run ads about «33% End of the Year Close Out» and when you get there the sales manager doesn’t know what the ad is about because they don’t have one car that is 33% or 22% or 11% off. They just don’t have any cars on sale. Once, you get in the door, they just want to sell you a car ABOVE the factory suggested price. They call the higher than MSRP price an «adjusted market price.» If you see their ads, just remember there is NO TRUTH to anything they say. If you confront them about it, they will throw you out. Don’t even ask for a deal. They get offended. If you want to pay full price OR MORE, go Arrigo.

I purchased a car from this dealership in 2004, and was quite happy with the service and sales department. I recently went back after my 2004 vehicle was totaled and had a very different experience. The salesman and finance manager basically ganged up on me and then accused me of trying to buy a car for someone that didn’t exist! The salesman refused to show me used cars or new cars in my price range. I’ll take my money where it’s appreciated.
