This Owner has a serious attitude problem she should not be running a business her ass needs to go back to school and learn how to properly respect her customers and her staff long story short she’s a fucking bitch & that girl Alexi is her daughter of course shes going to give a 5 star review!

I have used Animal Palace Mobile three times. They are awesome! We have had 3 different groomers, all excellent. My Toy Poodle and Golden Retriever look beautiful! I moved to Florida six months ago, had a horrible experience with another groomer. She cut my dog, making her bleed, refused to dry her face and was late, despite the fact that she lives very close. Rude and nosy. So glad I found Animal Palace! The owners, Joyce and Harris are pretty great too!

Great service and beautiful work! I will continue to bring my puppies for haircuts and highly recommend them !

We were looking for a groomer for our daughter’s dog that we had been watching for the last 2 months. Bailey doesn’t just let anyone groom him. My wife made an appointment and when I came home to my surprise, Bailey was well groomed, looking his best since he arrived back in south Florida. They took care not to nick him, as other groomers had done elsewhere in the past. Now he is presentable for his parent’s arrival!

My dog is old and has arthritic back legs but is 50 lbs and very long hair. Most mobile groomers I’ve seen wouldn’t do dogs that large. I didn’t want to subject her to the back of my SUV for both trips to a groomer, not to mention the time she would have to stand for a haircut and bath. Saw Animal Palace’s van and asked. They came out yesterday and did a great job. In a few months when it’s time for another shave, I’ll definitely be giving them a call. Added bonus that they had weekend hours which made it very convenient.

I did the mobile pet grooming. The tech was over an hour late to my place but did call and leave a message. I am extremely happy with the fast service, the cutting and bathing of my cat.

WORST GROOMERS IN THE WORLD!!! BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE MOVING TO WELLINGTON!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! I asked for my 2 year old American Eskimo Toy to have her hair cut down to an inch not to touch her tail or butt area and leave the lion tame in the front. Any good groomer would know NEVER TO SHAVE AN ESKIE!!! I received a call to pick up my girl. When we got there, the owner Joyce said to my mother in law and myself, «who owns the Pomeranian?» Not only did I speak to her about my American Eskimo Toy, it’s on the paperwork. The owner Joyce then said, «we don’t understand what happened. We kept getting streaks so we had to go a little shorter. We tried a 5 blade but maybe should have used a 7 blade. She said she thought it looked better and hoped I like it.» Obviously not her choice to make. My dog was completely SHAVED from neck to tail leaving a ball of fur on the tail. (MUST BE THE ONLY CUT THEY ARE TRAINED FOR). Wow! She insisted I still pay $ 45 instead of $ 55 giving me a discount because they messed up. I gave $ 35 and should have given her nothing!!! It wasn’t worth a penny!!! Joyce said she was sorry and hopes I use her again. Is that a joke? This is the last place I would ever recommend getting your animal groomed. Be aware, you will not get what you ask for! I have groomed my dog for 2 years somewhere else, but my mother in law was bathing her dog, so we went together to this awful groomers. Bad mistake!!! This groomer is HORRIBLE AND UNETHICAL! They do what they want!!! Not what the owner of the dog wants. Furthermore, I read the reviews and unless you want a lion look, you BETTER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! My dog hair is all crooked in the neck. They can’t even cut a straight line. HORRIBLE!!! NOW MY DOG IS IN JEOPARDY OF HER HAIR NIT GROWING BACK FINE AS IT WAS AND WITH THE 2 COATS OF FUR SHE HAD BECAUSE THESE MORONZ SHAVE HER COMPLETELY TO THE SKIN!!! NOW I KNOW WHAT MORONS ARE!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!!

It’s not easy finding a groomer that will give my cat his lion cut, but Animal Palace does it beautifully with warm smiles. I find the price to be a little steep– but the results last for around 4 months, so it’s worth it.
He came out smelling super clean although a bit damp, happy and calm so I know he was treated gently with care. Best lion tail and head I’ve ever seen on him. The boots weren’t as clean cut as I would have liked (more blended rather than the straight line I had asked for) but the cat still looks gorgeous.
Note: When I went in today they asked us to please excuse the half packed office as they were moving to a new location on Forest Hill and 441.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars! How are you people even in business? First off its impossible to find. shoved in the way back of these pod looking buildings… took my dog in to get routine grooming and I’m new to area so I tried this place in good faith that they would be good. Walked in and handed over my dog, asked how long it would be, she said about an hour. That’s fine w me ran some errands and then came back, she wasn’t ready so we waited and waited. she brings out my dog… still wet. nails not trimmed. teeth weren’t brushed. and blamed my dog for everything.“she doesn’t like to be dried, she doesn’t like her nails being trimmed”, listen I take my dog regularly to get groomed and I’ve never ever had any of these isses! Paid $ 65 for half ass work. Please go f $x= yourselves. and close your doors bc you should probably not be in business. Quit paying the rent and find another career.
