Specialties

All American Shutters was founded in 1996 to provide high quality, reliable hurricane protection to meet the new wind-borne debris code requirements established in Palm Beach County. Initially operated as a «family» business, our managed growth has pushed us to the forefront of the hurricane protection industry.

We currently operate throughout most of Florida to meet the hurricane protection needs of builders and homeowners within the state:

* West Palm Beach

* Fort Myers/Naples/Port Charlotte

In 2001, we were the pioneer in bringing to market the «Safety Edge» design on our steel panels which finally made steel hurricane shutters safer to handle and install. This revolutionary product is approved by both the Florida Building Code and the Miami Dade Building Code and can be used in all applications throughout the state. We now install hurricane protection for 18 of the top 20 homebuilders in the state, as well as a multitude of small and custom homebuilders.

Although All American Shutters was initially established to service the needs of home builders, the need for affordable, easy to install hurricane protection was recognized in 2004 as the threat of hurricanes became a reality in Florida. Hurricanes Charley, Jeanne, Francis, Ivan, Katrina, and Wilma were a tremendous wake up call for the state as well as the country…
