Nothing But problems with this location. I’m going to spare saying the salespersons name but he was very rude and had insulted me numerous times. Could not believe the Statements he was saying. Never again will I go to this location and will make sure everybody I know doesn’t use them.

Went in to upgrade my phone to the S5, and activate my old phone for my wife. I was dreading the trip based previous experience, Davidson Justin was incredible. He walked me through the options, got my phone hooked up, transferred our data… and ended up selling me on 2 accessories that I wouldn’t have bought otherwise. He completely changed my experience with the Verizon Wireless brand in one hour. If this is a sign of the kind of people you’ll be hiring going forward, I won’t go anywhere else.
