Timberline Tree & Landscape

Need firewood? Need Cords? This is the place to go. The gentleman who delivered the wood are not only experts in dumping the truck of 3 cords, they are the nicest, sweets guys!!! I wish more people were like them! The wood looks gorgeous. Okay, so I love wood and know my wood. Steve, the owner, must be doing something right. this is a all star place. I highly recommend using Timberline Tree and Landscape.

Our experience with Timberline was great. We recently moved to one of the River Towns in Westchester and had a lot of overgrown trees on the property.
Upon calling the office, Steve, the owner, came out the same day and gave me an estimate before he left the property. As far as pricing, Steve took into account the scope of work and provided a fair price (we had two other services submit bids for comparison). They provided all the documents we needed for our tree removal application (supporting letter from arborist and insurance certificate) in a timely manner. Communication was clear and expectations were met.
As far as the work, they did a great job. They worked hard and carefully. They even cut part of the hickory tree into fire logs and stacked it neatly for future use!
Highly recommended.

Steve came a gave a prompt estimate. He was the cheapest of 4 tree services. Timberline removed two trees from my property. They showed up promptly and did a great job. they cleaned up after, leaving no mess. I would use them again if needed.

After removing trees this summer, I got a call from Timberline reminding me I had a free tree coming and it was time to plant. Their arborist, Mark, came by and we talked about some other trees to be planted as well. He gave us some incredible ideas and the trees he recommended are amazing. He recommended a Shirazz Japanese Maple, a Coral Bark Japenese Maple, and a weeping cherry. The trees were beautiful when they planted, the workman did a really really great job and now my yard looks fantastic. These guys are the only people you need to call. Can not recommend them high enough.

We had a problem in Oct/​Nov of 2011 when a freak snowstorm toppled a huge tree in our backyard. Lots of tree people were called and given the gravity of the situation we knew it would take a while for someone to come out since it wasn’t an emergency. They came in mid-​November and in about an hour with a crew of 4 had the whole thing gone. They did whatever was possible to shove pieces of it in their truck to get rid of it, even put in some compartments and back rows of trucks just to get it out of there. I was impressed given the fact that they worked their rear-end’s off with all the trees that were down in our area.
Enter July of 2012 when we had some dead branches over the house that needed to come down. Made an appointment and a few days later someone was out once again with a quote. Price was great for the work and we went ahead. It took a while to coordinate schedules but that’s a bit my fault and the weather’s fault. They came out again, this time with a crew of three and climbed all over the place. Realized that the work order was not complete as they were cleaning up and they were more than happy to get their gear on and go right back on up, no questions asked, no rude attitude, nothing!
I highly recommend them, after having a bunch of tree guys in here, this one has been by far the best. Friendly staff, no run around, great work!

amazing wonderful professional. Did the job quickly and perfectly. Steve was a pleasure to hire. They handled the whole process perfectly– from the estimate to the final log loaded on the truck. I had three trees taken down. am thrilled that i used Timberline of West Nyack to do the job.
