Specialties

Contact Ronald E. Stiskin & Associates for a top West Nyack, NY attorney. We have experience and a successful record handling familial issues and disputes.

History

Established in 1996.

We represent the families of children with special needs, advocating for appropriate services under Federal and State law. We represent parents at every stage of the process, from meetings at the school district level, to administrative hearings, to litigation and appeals.

We also help families plan for the future of disabled children and adults, both during and after their parents’ lifetime. We can assist with eligibility for government benefits, Medicaid planning and applications, guardianships, and supplemental needs trusts. All are tools we use to ensure that disabled family members will be properly cared for throughout their lives.

Elder law and estate planning are areas of focus for us as well. We draft advance directives, wills and trusts; represent parties in guardianship proceedings; engage in Medicaid planning and applications; and advise clients on long term care and estate planning in general. We can also advise clients regarding probate and administration of estates.
