Joe is reliable, respectable and a man of his word. During the deep freeze of February 2015, my 17 year old furnace broke. Joe was able to locate and install the needed part within 24 hours. He greatly exceeded my expectations. After the work was completed, he followed up with a phone call a few hours later just to «check in and make sure everything was operating properly. Joe showed genuine concern about the safety and well being of my family.
