At All About You Exercise & Weight Management™, I strive to help you eat well, work joyfully, play wondrously, and relax gratefully. Change your body, learn how to exercise, stretch, flex and eat for health and vitality. Working with me you’ll always have fun, and learn what you need to know because it’s your workout, designed for you.

In my studio, I offer safe, comfortable space where you will find the support you want to achieve your fitness goals, positively. We will schedule your exercise sessions at your convenience, so you will never worry about time, space, or privacy. You’ll find customized weight management programs using Apex nutrition, bodybugg® technology if you choose, and personal training designed to meet your real-​life needs with individual and small group options. Choices and variations/​combinations include:

History

Established in 2006.

I opened my studio with over twenty years of experience in the fitness industry. After first overcoming my own health and fitness challenges, and achieving and maintaining my own fitness goals, I worked for national certifications as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and Apex Nutrition Coach with specializations in yoga and pilates based movement. Throughout the years, I have worked with people of all ages and fitness levels. Now I am happy to bring you the same knowledge and experience that I used to change my body and health, and that I have shared with others to motivate, educate, and change them.

Twenty five years ago I was over-​weight. I managed to lose a few pounds, but it was frustrating and I didn’t know how to keep it off. After discovering aerobics through a friend, and finding a magazine that helped me learn how to exercise and eat well, I changed. Exercising at least three times a week all the time except for birth, death and occassional illness and eating healthfully I have maintained the fat loss I achieved so many years ago. I found that I loved to dance, run, lift weights and learn new exercises all the time. I learned to cook foods that were low in fat and tasty. As my passion grew so grew my new career. I realized I wanted to work in a health club and share what I learned. Accumulating certifications I began work. As a teacher by degree, I teach my passion, exercise, so others may learn how to achieve fitness. I am a runner, a spinner, an aerobic dancer, a pilates practioner and yogi. I am a mother, a wife, a friend, but in my studio it is all about you.
