I give two stars because the afternoon crew sucks, second error in the past two weeks (only afternoon shift i never have a problem in the morning) Today i went my recite was number 232 IM not sure if i still have it but if i do i will take the survey. I order a happy meal and a plain cheese burger. The guy kept being interrupted by customers while taking my order. He repeated that i wanted a plain cheese burger i said yes. After my recite printed i saw it read plain mc chicken. I told the boy i said cheese burger and he told me «no you didnt you said mc chicken» i was annoyed and said «no i told you plain cheese burger. So as i waited they called my number and i was ready to go when he stopped me and said didn’t you want the cheese burger (ofcourse i do y didnt you change it! … So i waited AGAIN. Got my cheeseburger happy meal and left when i got home the juice for my 2 year old wasnt in the happy meal thank you for nothing !

I’ve worked fast food myself being the cook and cashier. Most important was being fast and giving great service… that wasn’t the case here though. Place was packed for no reason. Either kids hanging out, or creepy people. Took about 10 min for a sundae. I had to say a something when someone who ordered after me got theirs. To be honest everyone there looked clueless. I don’t think I’ve ever seen workers so disfunctional. It was unreal. Hold out on your hunger, don’t go.

I come here w my son to eat & to play in there indoor playground from time to time & when we do, there’s adults w/​o any children. they cone here to use the wifi & to takeup the seating areas. this is not right!!! I like somthing to be done. what is McDonald’s goin to do?

Went here to get a plain iced tea while out shopping… they only have raspberry and sweet tea (they didn’t tell me that) cashier was very rude when I asked for something else. Homeless people inside asking for money and wild children running around. bleh…
