for His temple family foods is all about preparing truly healthy, nutrient dense meals using grass fed meats & dairy, clean, real veggies, NO GMOs & NO gluten. The meals are packaged for take home, to your office or wherever your busy schedule is taking you. We want to help busy folks eat better & take care of their bodies. We offer 10 – 12 different menu items on a daily basis in our coolers as well as several Mason Jar salad choices. We also have a market of organic snacks, drinks, pantry items, etc.

for His temple family foods was born from the desire to help busy people take care of themselves through the food they eat & hopefully avoid fast food drive. We want to expose families to tasty, clean, nutritious meals and teach the next generation there is more to eating than french fries & chicken strips. Clean food tastes amazing & our heart is to share this food with all ages.

After 30 years in the corporate rat race it was time for a new adventure. A love for cooking & a desire to share clean, nutritious meals with others paved the way for this business. Cooking since I was old enough to reach the stove, it’s always been my passion. Being able to share real healthy food with others is a dream come true.
