Northern Exposure Improvements

Well, I don’t know if you read my other review about another area company who basically created more plumbing problems that we had to start with. Once we got rid of the bad service, we called Scott. I cannot tell you how wonderful they are. These guys are the complete opposite of our first plumbers. Scott came in to evaluate the whole situation, identified where the issues were and brought in a plumber to address these issues. Scott stayed until the entire situation was resolved. He used drop clothes to make sure no dirt traveled throughout the house or got onto the carpets. He is wonderful. Two weeks of dealing with horrible service were resolved in one day. We will be using Scott for several more projects we have that need to be done. As I have mentioned in other reviews, we are new to town and it is always difficult to find the right guys to work on your house whether it is remodeling or repairing your house. I just feel very lucky to have found Scott. He is a professional and just a really great guy
