History

Established in 1996.

High Crest Solutions was created to support home and small business computing needs. It has grown into a full service IT support company helping individuals and businesses in Bergen and Passaic Counties in northern New Jersey. We do everything the «Geeks» do and much more, at a price much more reasonable than others.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Rob had early exposure to computers, starting to program in the basic language in the first grade. It wasn’t until the 6^th grade that the family computer became a strong focus of his attention. Countless hours were spent figuring out how they worked.

When he left to attend Villanova University in 1992, he purchased his own PC and continued his learning process while studying for his communications degree.

In 1996, Rob was employed by the IT department at Villanova, managing the student computer labs. The 3 labs ran ²⁴⁄₇ and were staffed by over 80 students under his management. Mid-​way through his 3 years at Villanova he transitioned to the data networking group and was lead network engineer for the university.

In 2000, he accepted a job with a video production company in Ridgewood where he served as the company’s Chief Technology Officer.

While working full-​time, High Crest Solutions developed from a small side business to what it is today.
