Established in 1990.

M&L has grown from 1 employee and a single 1200 sq. ft. bay to the current 6 employees and a 4800 sq. ft. building. He contributes his success to God, quality workmanship, and treating his customers as if they were family. Now, Mike personally oversees every repair to ensure they meet his highest standards.

Every one of our employees share the same enthusiasm when it comes to collision work. With over 100 years of combined knowledge and experience in the autobody industry, our staff has seen and done it all. From hard hits to minor repairs, our technicians take pride in every step of the process.

Meet the Business Owner

Michael L.

Business Owner

Owner Mike Leone comes from a family of car buffs. His passion to repair cars started at an early age. His father was a master mechanic and a perfectionist in all of his work. These same traits were instilled into Mike. Growing up around cars, he found himself fascinated with taking a vehicle that was wrecked and restoring it back to it’s original condition.

In 1981, after serving in the U.S. Army for 3 years, he moved from upstate New York to Melbourne, FL, where he worked for a few different shops over the course of 9 years. In 1990, Mike decided to go out on his own, establishing M&L Auto Center.
