I help individuals, children, couples, and families who want to work on a wide variety of issues. One of my specialties is in helping clients process traumas, relationships, and events in their past that tend to replay or haunt their present.
I also have expertise with LDS, ex-LDS, and LGBTQ individuals and their families dealing with issues unique to these populations. Managing and overcoming overwhelming feelings, such as depression and anxiety, is also a specialty.

Business Owner
I am a Psychotherapist and Coach who specializes in helping people find and stay on the path toward joy, fulfillment and healing. Although I employ a variety of evidence-based techniques in my integrative approach, the cornerstone of my method is developing an empathic connection with my client. In other words, I focus on really «getting» you first, and then accompanying you on your journey.
Each journey is unique, so my therapeutic methods vary with the particular needs and personalities of my clients. Studies have shown that certain therapies, such as mindfulness-based, EMDR, and cognitive therapies, are particularly effective in treating anxiety, depression, and a slew of other problems individuals or couples may face. These therapies feature heavily in my sessions.
