They are very nice and always tell me about their new promotions and deals. They do many different types of treatments such as laser hair removal, spider vein removal, and IPL. If you want to do multiple types of treatments they will usually package it all together and give a really good deal!

I did some hair laser removal, and so far I am seeing great results! The hairs fall off about 2 weeks after treatment, and do not grow back! Their laser machine appears to be state of the art and the process each appointment is only couple minutes. Glad I found this place!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I purchased 9 sessions of TRIPOLLAR also HAIR REMOVE treatment I DO NOT RECOMMENDED this place. I did not see any results also the nurses do not have experience. (No wonder why they have good deals). After get done Tripollar I had couple bruises and pain. The front desk staff are a mess and they mess up with appointments. They are nice if they are trying to make u purchase something otherwise they are rude and fakes. Do not waste time and money on this place.

I tried this place for the first time and didn’t know what to expect. Everyone was really friendly and the laser hair removal procedure was fast and easy! This is my 3^rd time back and I am very pleased with my results! Definitely give this place a try!

I’m doing laser hair removal and I did a photo facial, I started seeing results after one treatment, I usually get break outs but my face was clear and glowing, I got a pack for 6 treatments and they were really affordable, the front desk is super friendly and they always let me know about the sales they have going on

Great deals, free parking (with validation from coffee bean), convenient appointments. According to the nurses, the laser hair removal should last for three years after its done. The treatments themselves are quick and painless. They also offer vitamin-​b shots, and they sell relatively expensive soaps (39 $ a bar) which are supposed to help with skin irritation from the treatments. I just bought some today, so I’m not sure if it works.
I’ve been going for several months and have had a different nurse each time. I’m not sure why, but it seems like they have high turnover. Is that a bad thing? I don’t know. Each nurse has been perfectly lovely and extremely knowledgable.
The treatments require a lot of gel, and they suggest that clients bring their own towels to clean up afterwards. My only suggestion is that they provide towels.

I called to ask if they had any appts today for a first time customer — she said yes, come at 5:30. I showed up and the waiting room was full of folks waiting. It was going to be a 1 hour + wait! Why tell me to come if you are so over booked? Everyone of us was pissed — and most of them complaigned that every appt they have to wait 40 min to an hour and a half!
The waiting area was so tiny and it really didn’t seem very professional.
the woman working the front desk didn’t handle the situation well and got mad at me when I said I was not going ot wait any longer and was leaving.
So glad I didn’t pay for my session over the phone before i got there!

I keep forgetting to write this review but unfortunately remembering every time I look in the mirror, so here it is… (this is for the IPL –laser– Photofacial Treatment).
I went through 5 IPL treatments at this office, every single time I was on my way out /​scheduling the next appointment they tried to up-​sell me on additional treatments and every single time I explained Id like to see what type of results I could achieve before spending hundreds of dollars on another package. Now that my package is over, not only does my skin look exactly the same as it did before — literally no change at all — on my last visit they burned the hell out of my eyebrow. So that happened and I get it. but instead of apologizing and making sure I was ok the girl just stopped abruptly and said the treatment was done. Didn’t bother to finish the rest of my face.
I understand that this is a ongoing type of thing but 5 treatments is pretty substantial amount, a real bummer overall… specially for my poor eyebrow (its been weeks and I’m still having to fill it in).

I’ve been coming here regularly now for over a year. They run great specials so make sure to ask what they have.
It took about 6 months (5 treatments) to start seeing a major difference, but now I’m really happy with the results. I barely shave at all and when I do it’s so soft and smooth. Any remaining hair is also finer. I would say 70% hair reduction.
All but one visit has been quick, efficient and painless.

I really like it here，everyone is nice and funny. I bought full body laser hair removal for one year and micro and IPL，everything is great.

I have dark spots (hyperpigmentation) caused by of Acne damage and now that I’m getting better, Acne spots, as well.
I read about IPL and decided to get it. This place, the nice lady, they’re performed the procedure was very informative and explained each step. The laser felt like Nice and smooth

Great treatment, relatively painless compared to other places I’ve been to and I have a low pain tolerance.

I originally came here with a Groupon for IPL, and have stayed on as a patient for 6 more sessions, and also bought laser hair removal sessions. With the IPL, I have seen great improvements to the texture of my skin and a reduction of fine lines. My skin tone (melasma and acne scars) has become more even. People actually have commented on how good my skin looks! I did 6 IPLs every 1 – 2 weeks and now I’m doing one every 1 – 2 months. (The staff may advise to do it more often but I have sensitive skin and the results are lasting so I don’t.)
The front desk staff are all super friendly and very accommodating.
The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I also do laser hair removal here on my legs and haven’t seen the best results as compared to my underarm and bikini at other offices. I just started applying the charcoal to my follicles to help make them more trackable to the lasers– so hopefully that helps. (I’m on week 6 and I’ve heard that lower leg is a more stubborn area.) They also apply a gel before using the laser which is a bit of a mess; at other offices I’ve done laser (maybe a different kind?) without the aloe gel. Don’t know the difference there. Lastly– I have a different nurse every time I go which doesn’t provide for a very consistent experience.
Overall, my experience is quite good here!

Sorry Unilocalers, I was wrong. Do not go here for an IPL or microderm. On top of the terrible customer service of getting appointments wrong & making you wait a long time for appointments it is terrible overall customer service.
I was told i could no longer receive IPL or microderms from my dermatologist, what should have been a simple call to switch over my remaining IPL & microderms to laser ended up with the «doctors office» manager calling me back and being extremely rude on the phone then hanging up on me. STAY AWAY!
