Do NOT contact this locksmith. Awful customer service. It’s 2 in the morning, my friend is locked out from their home. So we’re calling multiple locksmiths to see who can get here the fastest for a reasonable price. When I asked the man on the phone how far his technician was he got super aggressive. He demanded in a very annoyed tone what my phone number was. I told him I didn’t want to commit to anyone until I knew how soon the technician could arrive. His aggressive tone gave me a really unease feeling, specially since I’d given him my address already. I thanked him for his service, so as to calm him down, and told him we had found a solution.
The man then proceeded to call me back several times, demanding why I did not need his services. It was very unprofessional and scary. I told him we found a way in (which was a lie to just get off the phone) and he demanded to know why I had called him if I found a way in. I had to lie again and tell him my neighbor had a spare and had finally opened the door.
It was a very uncomfortable situation and something I did not want to deal with after a long day, and being locked out from my own home at 2 in the morning. Specially because an angry man I did not know had my home address. Definitely I do not recommend this place. I’d rather wait out in the cold for 20 more minutes than deal with someone of that temperament.

Got the job done, but the cost was WAY higher than I was told on the phone, and at that point it was too late… the locksmith was there, and I needed to get into my apartment. He told me that the «20 and up» is usually for a padlock. Well, when I called I said upfront I was locked out of my apartment. So giving me the pricing for picking a padlock didn’t do me any good.
Also, the locksmith was on his cell phone the ENTIRE time — as he was walking up to my apartment all the way up until he had to end his phone call to swipe my credit card. I had to wait for him several times to wrap something up before he got to the lock and before answering my questions. Very unprofessional. I most likely will not be using this company again, and hopefully will never have to.
