Established in 2014.

Bellamoon Birth Placenta Encapsulation was something that was born after my own postpartum experience with my son Jax. I witnessed a few of my friends go through some traumatic and rough postpartum periods and it really scared me. There simply was not enough readily available resources, information or support offered for my postpartum friends. During my pregnancy, I discovered the art of placenta encapsulation. I was convinced that I had found the answer to combat postpartum depression! Although, I understand now that this is not the case because every woman is different. I do believe placenta encapsulations, tinctures and salves can make the postpartum transition easier and smoother. My personal postpartum experience was vastly different from many of my friends. I truly believe this was due to ingesting my placenta in the form of capsules and raw smoothies. I feel fortunate to have had a peaceful transition into motherhood and I believe all mothers deserve this chance.
