For buyers I help from the starting the loan process with a wonderful group of lenders I have affiliated myself with to the negoation of the price of a home and the handing over of the keys after the home has been recorded into your name. For the sellers I sit down and determine a fair price for their home. Negoation with prospective buyers. I insure every poteintial person who walks through your home is pre qualified for the purchase of your home. This means you dont waste your time showing the home to people who cant afford to purchase it.

I was raised in the Real Estate industry. Learning from my grandmother how to take care of clients and their families. She has been in the business for over 50 years.
