Good food with small bakery flavor. It’s a step up from the tired chain on every corner. The turkey doesn’t taste like supermarket lunch meat. You can a tally eat pretty healthy and enjoy it. The chocolate mousse dome is obviously not healthy, but is so good. I have been to 3 of their locations with good results each time.

I’ve been to many different Kneader’s throughout the valley, and I love their food. We recently moved near Jordan Landing and I was thrilled to see that there was one here too. Unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed with every visit to this location(four since September.) They skimp quite a bit on the meat on their sandwiches. My husband orders the club every time and at this location you can barely see the meat in the middle of the super thick bread slices. Every other location they have generous amounts of meat… its made it so we plan to go to a different location from now on. The interior, as all interiors of Kneader’s is not kid friendly. They have so many knick knacks and breakable items out on low shelves that waiting in line is a pain.

Turkey bacon avocado focaccia, grilled for a huge win. The bread is made fresh on site and you can tell! It’s just how focaccia should be, soft on the inside and then toasty on the outside. The turkey is real turkey, like not cold cut style, but chunk of real turkey style and the bacon and avocado and mayo are in perfectly ratios too. Also, great Apple cinnamon bread pudding! I came in today for the first time with no expectations(hadn’t Unilocaled it prior) and was blown away. can’t wait to return and order the exact same sandwich. Oh, I upgraded to the combo that comes with a bigger salad and drink and the salad was actually not very good– lettuce didn’t taste fresh. But everything else was so good and in such a large portion that I couldn’t eat any more anyway. Yum.

I have been to other kneaders locations in the valley and this one is not the best. They’re are always running out of food. The past three visits they didn’t have bread bowls or bottled water. Customer service could have been a lot better too. I won’t be going back to this kneaders any time soon.

Never have had a bad meal here. From there soups, to their sandwiches, to their amazing pastries everything is always great quality. Everyone is always friendly and I love that they have a drive thru for when I’m in a rush but still want a good meal.

A great stop when you are trying to eat better. Lots of fresh, healthy options. The drive thru is my favorite because I always have my kids. Favorite items on the menu… Turkey sunflower salad, Avocado Salad, curry soup, endless French toast. They do offer a valued customers card so be sure to ask for one.

Horrible customer service. I spent a few hundred dollars on pastries and also ordered lunch. Asked to sub my side salad with chips and they said NO! What a joke.

This place sucks! Worst breakfast sandwich ever. How do you mess up a breakfast sandwich. It was more like a bread sandwich. Their profit margin on this must be very high… worst, cheapest $ 5 I’ve ever spent. Don’t put your taste buds through the misery

Why isn’t the Loyalty card shared with everyone? I go to Kneaders often and have never once been offered the card or even told about it. My sister in law had to come from Hawaii and tell me about it!

If I could give it zero I would. The food is great but the people and price change policy is horrible. I vowed to never at eat at Kneaders again and will tell everyone how I was treated. Bad company and policies.

This is the cutest little bakery! The unlimited French toast is a selling point along with all of their delicious deserts and amazing hot chocolate!

Fresh and delicious! Their hand crafted breads make for delicious sandwiches. The staff is friendly and I love the loyalty rewards! I’ve also used their catering services and I’m always impressed with quality and presentation.

Came for some smoothies and they are very good. Only thing to improve is the wait time. This location is really busy but worth the wait! I would recommend Kneaders as they have good soup, sandwiches, and smoothies.

I come here a lot and their food and service are always wonderful. Love their breakfast croissants and sandwiches. Recently I also had one of their large baskets made as a sympathy gift for a friend. The woman who helped me genuinely cared and paid so much attention to detail when making the basket. It turned out perfect. And was reasonably priced.

This location has serious issues with getting orders right. It seems like every time I go there I am either missing some of my food or it is made wrong. I will definitely be going to a different location for my future leaders fixes!

Pretty decent sandwich shop, had a nice charm about itself. My understanding is there are about 15 of these locations around Salt Lake City Utah. They are smaller in size than the typical Panera Bread but similar in their style and offerings. Neat place overall, good food and good service.

I’ve been eating very healthy for awhile and made a conscious decision to treat myself to a goodie at Kneaders. I ordered a mint brownie and a fruit tart. The service at this location is top notch. Very friendly and prompt. You gotta love the ample free samples. Sourdough bread, blueberry loaf and some cinnamon loaf. All were delicious! Things like this keep customers coming back. The very kind young gal packs my two desserts with extreme care in a very nice container. I plan the perfect moment to devour my treasures while watching a favorite T.V. show. I set the goodies on my kitchen counter and am interrupted by my daughter needing my help in her bedroom. Finally, the moment has arrived to have a much awaited sugar fix. What the hell? I see my tart on the counter, but my brownie is gone !! I see the wrapper on the floor, a few scattered crumbs and a devilish smile on my dogs face. I get it– he was just trying to help me stay healthy. But damn, I hated him for a minute!

I’ve had Kneaders’ sandwiches and soups in the past. It was decent although it’s a pit higher in price than other bakeries. We recently revisited Kneaders again and tried their Turkey artichoke panini and Turkey Cranberry Sunflower salad. Loved, loved, loved the salad! No deli turkey here! They used the shredded roasted turkey, with just the right amount of portebello mushrooms, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and onion. The poppyseed dressing gave just the right about of sweetness and tang to the salad. The salad comes with a slice of bread of your choice and was enough for dinner and lunch the next day. Panini was good as well, they had big chunks of turkey and artichokes. Will visit this place more often!
