Chili’s

this location was very bad and needs new management.
1 — you probably won’t get your food.
2 — no one is around to ask if your order is coming
3 — food was cold
4 — place way to noisy «from the kitchen «hey the restaurant was empty and you could hear the noise. ¿where was the manager?
5 — overall the service was horrible.
I will keep going to chili’s but NOT THIS ONE !

Ya know, anytime you go into a chain you know what you’re going to get food wise. Some are really well run, are clean and have good service. Some, not so much. I’d come back here again. The waitress was nice, the food was fast and for a chili’s, they did a great job.

Horrible service, waited for 10 minutes for water not counting the 30 minutes waiting time for a table when 4 empty tables waiting to be cleaned. I guess the Personal conversation was most important that their jobs.

The worst experience ever! They weren’t that busy. After waiting for 30 minutes and watching 4 groups get sat before us, ‘somehow our name fell off the list’. Then ordered quickly and waited for an additional 30 minutes before our food came out. My husbands steak was still mooing. The server took it back, brought it out 10 minutes later and was still raw. Another 10 minutes and it had shrunk to nothing and was obviously now well done. WTF Chilis!!!

Absolutely serviceable Chili’s. Decent service, decent food.

Got a to-​go order tonight. I decided on a burger and did my best to explain that I wanted the burger without a bun and a lettuce wrap in its place. This is something I have successfully done many dozens of times at other establishments.
Got home, opened the container and found a hamburger patty and a side of mayo??? Where’s my lettuce wrap? Is there any lettuce… no. What about any other toppings? Nope, nothing else. I guess I paid about $ 8 for a patty and a side of mayo. If I knew this is what I would have received I would have just stayed home boiled a hotdog and pocketed my $ 8.

I come here almost every night each time I’m in town and I always have a good experience here. Staff is always nice and accommodating. The food is always hot and made properly (even when I went on my no-​carb kick with substitutions for everything). They have decent wine for the area, and they don’t try to serve it after it has been open for days. I recommend sitting at the bar or in the lounge for the best service, but get there either early or late because it fills up fast — the bartenders are always entertaining.

I had Caleb as a server and he was very friendly and always took care of what we needed. I will definitely be coming back there because of him.

Caleb was the best server ever! We love Caleb. He always made sure I had all the water I needed. Love from California! Water was fresh too!

After having mediocre service we were served a meal that was practically tasteless and cold. We had the southwestern egg rolls and they were just warm, there wasn’t enough dipping sauce and when we requested more there was a charge. We waited long periods of time without refills on our drinks and nearly 20 minutes after we stopped eating our appetizer our entrees were finally served. My food was cold because they had been waiting on the steak my husband ordered that was supposed to be medium rare and it was well done completely through! They asked how the steak was and when my husband said he wanted it to be rarer they said they could cook a new one, but that it would take about another 20 minutes. Our servers, we had two and they couldn’t coordinate well enough for good service, and the manager were too busy talking to someone they knew at a table near us to even be bothered that we were completely dissatisfied. Spending over $ 40 for two people to eat should at least get you a hot satisfying meal, but after we left we got and entirely different meal because we hadn’t eaten or enjoyed our meal at all. I cannot believe that it was such a poor experience. I doubt we will ever return.

Went there with a party of10 and they were very nice and seated us right away. Waitress was polite and took our order very quickly. Food came out on time and this where the trouble started. Ribs were cold, fries were old and soft. My son ordered the Mac n cheese bowl and it came out ice cold so he spit it out into his napkin and put it in the Mac n cheese. He sent it back and asked for a hot one. Before sending it back he decided to put a bunch of salt on top so he could see if they reheated the old one with the napkin in it. Sure enough they pulled the dirty napkin out of the Mac n cheese and stuck it into the microwave. They ended up comping the whole meal for six of us but the waitress pointed the finger at the manager and the manager pointed the finger at the waitress or the kitchen. Not sure who did that but that is so gross and makes me wonder what other food they reuse. I am not usually a Unilocal poster but this one needed to be written. Won’t be going here again.

It’s a Chili’s. Exactly what you expect from Chili’s.

My family frequents this Chili’s about once a week. We usually get attentive service. However, yesterday was not so great. We sat in the bar area, the restaurant was not busy for a Friday during lunch. The server brought our drinks and asked if we were ready to order, or needed a few more minutes. We told her we were ready, and she immediately walked away. She waited on her other tables, and never came back. After 15 minutes, and us making eye contact with her and the manager several times, we got up and walked out. Pretty sure we won’t go back.

Ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and the middle of the piece of chicken was not even remotely cooked. Meal was comp’d, but I was glad I didn’t take take a bite to find out.

Since they changed their menu recently, it’s been such an improvement. I actually crave the food here, and always choose it when I can. Their fries, burgers, steaks, and appetizers are delicious. Come here with your family, friends, or significant other, and your mouth will be dancing with happiness. I highly recommend the chips and salsa.

Technology is taking over customer service, you can pay through the tablet that is sitting on the table but they failed to tell you is if you play any of the games you get charged and 99 cent fee to play the games and it is automatically added onto your bill. It is itemized on your bill as table entertainment, the last time I checked the only place that you should be paying for table entertainment is at a strip club or a casino.

Came here with hubby for dinner last night. They had the Veterans Day freebie from a set menu and hubby picked the southwest pairing with an enchilada and quesadilla. He loved it and the portion was huge. I had the new sweet and smokey burger which I loved as well. Fries could have been warmer and crispier but in all, my meal was good.
We probably had the best server on the planet last night, Jeannine. She was attentive, friendly, smiled and was so upbeat you couldn’t help but to like her. She refilled waters, brought me extra napkins (burger was juicy!!) and made sure we were taken care of. She’s a rock star!
Minus one star for the new payment thing they have on the table. If you’re running a card, you get to do it yourself! I didn’t like that. My biggest issue with it was were were seated at a table for two and the thing took up a big chunk of our tablespace. And they had one on every table. Please, Chili’s, don’t put them on the tables to take up space!

A girlfriend and i decided to stop by and have a couple drinks before going to a show right around the corner.
I had a couple long island iced teas which were delicious.
We decided to order an appetizer before the show.
We ordered the guacamole. Can i just say WOW???
They brought it out and made it right in front of us. and it was a HUGE bowl of guacamole. between the two of us we couldn’t even finish all of it.

Came here for lunch on a Friday. Service was great. The food was decent and the lunch portions are plenty of food. I had to take half of it home with me (never a bad thing in my book)

Came for lunch. Fast service. Friendly. Server very helpful! Ordered a lunch burger. Amazing taste and good taste.
Wife ordered a flat bread lunch special. She loved it. Overall impressed with everything.
