I have been seeing Dr. Bladen for years. Every time I go in I get the same amazing treatment. From the moment I walk in the door I feel welcome and cared about. In the 8+ years that I have been seeing Dr. Bladen I don’t know that I have ever spent time in the waiting room. They are always ready to go when I get there.
Getting an appointment is always convenient and easy. They are always able to work me in within a week or two for regular appointments and usually within hours for unexpected events.
The staff is always good about helping me with me insurance questions and changes.
The techs in the office are always nice and friendly. They are good about being gentle and not asking questions while having a bunch of crap in your mouth. :) When I have had filling and crowns done here they use a gel to numb your mouth before they use the good numbing stuff so that no part of it hurts at all.
Because of this office I actually look forward to going to the dentist!
