History

Established in 2005.

In the begininig Mike his Mom and his children hand rolled the Pizza dough and one small oven was used. Today Mike has (3) Dough sheeters and on Friday they could use (4). Mike’s Pizza has grown to (2) Store one in West Jefferson and one at Lake Choctaw (London). A third store is in process and a fourth is being considered. The Taste of Mikes food has allowed Mike to take a significant share of the West Jefferson and London market. Mike countinues to add product and improve his marketing in an effort to continue his growth and increase market share.

I was born in El Paso Texas were I aquired a taste for South of the Border foods. While being raised in West Jefferson Ohio I worked for Mary’s Pizza. When I graduated from high school I attended Columbus State Collage. During my Collage Years I was assstant Masnager of a Zantigo Mexican Resaurant. Mary sold her Pizza business and I couldn’t find another Pizza in West Jefferson that I really liked. I made my own at Home. In 2005 Dad bought a building with a Pizza Shop. I decided to get serious about making great Pizza. In 2005 I opened my first store Mike’s Pizza in West Jefferson and in 2008 I opened Lake Choctaw my 2^nd store.
