Marian Manor – Vacation Rental

«I was able to visit Marian Manor over the summer of 2010 with my wife. It made us want to come back in the winter, too, which we did for a two night stay. Very cozy and warm inside, though the mountain winds were howling outside. If only our work schedules allowed us to come back and see the fall colors — maybe we can squeeze in a weekend in October… Great place, and the Blue Ridge Parkway is only a few miles up the road!»
West Jefferson is a great town, also. There’s the grizzled factory town feel (used to have a furniture factory, still have a great cheese factory), with a vibrant arts community. Like paintings, folk art, music, dancing, writing? It’s got all that and some great places to eat in and around town.
