Bought the Vision Spinner– a cheap $ 30 ecig battery. The price was high, even for a Brick & Mortar shop, but I needed a replacement so no biggie. But two days later, the button jammed and became stuck in the top of battery. I went over to hopefully receive a replacement. The clerk looked at me like I shot his dog, going «oh, man», «oh, man.» His attitude foreshadowed what I knew would follow. I tried to explain how I bought it on Sunday night and it went bust within 48 hours. The clerk accused me of bringing in a broken vape to swap out and how he couldn’t be expected to swap it out «for free.» I stared at him in disbelief, eventually I managed to say «I just fucking bought it two days ago, are you serious?» Admittedly, I should not have cursed, especially since it gave the clerk reason to end our conversation. I just couldn’t, and still can’t, believe how adamant he was against offering a replacement.
I’ve spent a hundred or so dollars at this store, even though it’s more expensive than other B&M and online, obviously. Figured would support the start-​up in my old town. Done with that. What a terrible experience.

I buy my papers here and my ciggs even though it’s sometimes crowded staff always jump to help whoever walks in the door! They are a great small smoke shop with an impressive glass collection.

Has vapes bongs bowls hookahs. Excellent service. Excellent prices. Place is phenominal.
