Established in 1999.

Zykoff LifeCare began as a private massage practice intent on simply helping people to FEEL better. As time progressed, it became clear to Myke (owner/​lead practitioner) that this work also provided a way to actually help others to LIVE better. His studies expanded from the intricate workings of the physical form to a practical and efficient methodology for altering mental loops to improve daily behaviors.

I had one session with Myke last week. He helped me to identify when and how it is that I function my best and feel the most powerful. I am transferring this flow into working at my job right now, with strong performance results. Myke followed up with me to see how it’s been working. I’ll be going back for more help soon. I had my first visit with Myke for a Master Session less than a week ago. There are no words for the changes I have witnessed in myself. The moment I left I had a sense of calmness.
I recently came to the realization that I am brutally hard on myself. Any time I made a mistake I would beat myself up for days. After my session, I was faced with situations that would usually cause my brutal self critisism and I felt okay. I was at peace with everything. I would always look at my work with the need of getting everything perfect whereas this week, I didn’t care about that I just cared about the work that needed to be done. Needless to say through that I feel lighter and more positive!
I would recommend Myke and Hypnotherapy to anyone! I am so excited to keep working with Myke, he is kind and caring. He makes you understand your feelings and how to get back to being the person your meant to be.

The impact that my sessions with Zykoff Hypnotherapy has had on my life is nothing short of amazing. I know that sounds too good to be true, but the changes that it brought about were swift and demonstrative within a few sessions. I was ready to work through those issues and it has absolutely transformed that part of my life.
I also attend the group meditation classes on a regular basis. Myke is exceptional at leading people through a focused meditation for the group and he imparts wonderful wisdom during each session.

meeting Myke and working on myself with his help was the best gift I ever gave myself.
I started with the weekly meditation classes at Humble
Abode and then had 4 private hypnotherapy sessions.

The endless reviews of 5 stars, can’t ever completely describe the transformation you can give your life when teaming up with Myke. After 6 months of letting my mind torture me with the «what ifs» about my health, I knew this was not me and I needed help to snap out of it. After first visiting a therapist who in the second session was already mentioning medication, I knew that I was in the wrong place. I finally got fed up and took to Unilocal to see what I could find. Eventually I came to Zykoff & Bodywork and after reading the reviews, something just felt right. With only my first session, it was like night and day the way my mind was processing information. I have continued with additional sessions, becaue there is no price you can put on my sanity. Beyond my immediate reason for seeking sessions, Myke has awoken a need to get even further intouch with mind, body and soul which is why I have now joined his meditation classes to help in my new journey. I strongly urge anyone considering sessions to do it! It will be the best decision you ever make for yourself!

Myke started teaching mediation at SWERVE and I attended at first because I’m a long-​time meditator and I was excited that the extra 2 classes a week would be an assistant to my steady practice.
Turns out, Myke’s classes are so much more than merely an assistant to a regular solo meditation practice. Myke’s meditation classes have served to generate and fortify a community of interesting, successful, open-​minded people who are genuinely witnessing themselves shift and grow.
For me, the practice is helpful and joyful and I look forward to it each Monday and Friday. I appreciate that there is no dogma included in Myke’s talk. I find this to be empowering in that I get to discover the Truth for myself.

It’s hard to narrow down the superlatives for Myke — kind, insightful and one of the rare people I’ve met who seems to be doing exactly what he is meant to do in life. It is a pleasure to work with him — and the results are kind of amazing. I’m new to LA, wanted to work on a few things and had never tried hypnotherapy. While scouring the Internet for alternative healing services for body and soul, it had to be fate that led me to Zykoff Bodywork & Hypnotherapy. After the initial Master Session (which incorporates Life Coaching, NLP and Hypnotherapy), I felt an immediate difference in my attitude. Chris has redefined what a good healing massage is for me and raised the standard. When you make an appointment with Chris you are giving your body one of the greatest gifts. From the moment you start your dialogue with him you can see that he cares deeply about the work he is doing and you as the client benefit greatly. During my session I was amazed to learn about places that I had been storing tension for years and never knew what a detriment my lack of awareness had been taking on my body. It is because of the open communication that he establishes from the beginning that this experience is unique and special and truly one of the best I have ever had.
