I don’t know what happen to my last review? But I’ll write this again. I love Dr Bruno. He is so professional and He is so caring to all your needs. I had the pleasure of getting 2 procedures done by Dr Bruno. Both times had a great experience. Just really wish his prices didn’t go up so high now :(but over all he is an amazing Cosmetic plastic surgeon. He puts a lot of love into his work. Definitely Dr Bruno would be my number 1 choice of cosmetic surgeon. Just can’t afford his prices anymore. :(really wish they gave repeated clients a bigger discount.

Dr. Bruno was so sweet, patient, honest and informative. His staff was very kind and welcoming as well. They gave me a cute gift when I got there and Dr. Bruno made sure he answered all of my questions before I left. I got home today and there was a thank u letter from him in the mail, I thought that was a nice touch :)

Dr. Bruno is an excellent surgeon and exceeded my expectations. If it wasn’t for him, I don’t think I would have chosen to follow through with my procedure. I healed beautifully and am so happy that I made the decision to follow through with him! He is trustworthy, kind, and so knowledgable. I will continue to recommend him!

Dr. Bruno is an amazing physician and a wonderful person. About a month ago I went in for a consultation regarding a revision of my implants and a lift. I was given the time and effort to be heard and understand what I was looking for. I had my 1^st plastic surgery 9 years ago then unexpectedly I had a wrong turn with one of my implants. However, after seeing two other plastic surgeon’s in the area Dr. Bruno made my decission much easier. My husband and I decided that we would go with Dr. Bruno just because of the comfort level, knowledge, experience, and honesty. On Oct. 30, 2015 Dr. Bruno performed my surgery. I couldn’t be any happier with my results, not only he corrected what went wrong with my old implants but he made my breast look very natural and perportionist. I am very thankful.

I’m thoroughly impressed with not only Dr. Bruno, however with his staff. I went in for a free consultation and was immediately put at ease by Jisele, the woman who ran the front desk. She was kind, warm, and genuine. Within a minute of checking in, she invited me back to start the consultation. (Side note: The office is absolutely beautiful and very clean.) After meeting with Jisele, I met with a woman named Marisol. She was very professional and was a delight to work with.
After going over some details with Marisol, I met with Dr. Bruno. I’m a tough sell and within minutes of meeting Dr. Bruno, I immediately liked him. He was straight forward, gentle, and thoroughly invested in learning about my concerns. After I shared the concern I had, he looked me dead in the eye, was incredibly honest, and told me my concern was incredibly subtle, and at the moment, there is nothing that can be done surgically to fix it. He shared what other surgeons are offering, but very clearly stated that it’s not the proper solution and he’s not comfortable advising patients to follow that treatment.
Even after learning that I wouldn’t be working with his office, as my concern is not something which can be taken of with surgery, he still answered additional questions I had and was happy to answer them.
In a city where finding trustworthy physicians can be difficult, it’s refreshing to meet with someone of Dr. Bruno’s work ethic. I would absolutely suggest and recommend Dr. Bruno to anyone.

Dr Bruno is just simply amazing in all aspects. He is the most kind doctor I’ve met and really takes time to get to know and understand his patients. Surgery can be a worrisome event but not when you are in such caring hands. I have already referred one friend to him who had the exact same experience and I bet you will too!
I really cannot express how wonderful everything was from start to finish and appreciate his work tremendously. The results were better then I could have evenr imagined!

I had gone to a consultation with another surgeon and was all set to go, but decided to get one more consultation with Dr Bruno after reading all of the great reviews about him on Real Self and other sites. I am SO happy that I went to Dr. Bruno for my breast augmentation! My breasts were EXTREMELY uneven and that was my biggest concern. He assured me that he would do his best to make sure that I ended up as even as possible. What I loved was the fact that he would put sizers in me and also have different sized implants with him at the surgery. I trusted him to decide what was best and he went with 339 cc’s on the left and 397 cc’s on the right. Now, after having my surgery my breasts are completely even! I am soooo happy with my results!!!

Seriously, a 5 star plastic surgeon? In LA? I found it hard to believe. Add to it, his patients go NUTS about their results on Realself (don’t you just love what you can find with a quick search on the internet???)
I needed my Botox updated, so I thought I would give this 5 star dr a try. OK, I get it now. He’s that good.
When I entered his picture-​esque office I was greeted by a friendly woman at the front desk. The office was clean and white with gorgeous views of the city. It felt more like an upscale boutique than a doctor’s office. It was nice and calming. So, yeah, the cleanliness of the office scored major points with me.
Dr Bruno was delightful. He was gentle and deliberate, leaving me totally at ease as he stuck needles into my face just millimeters away from my eyeballs.
Now I’m dreaming of having of one of his BBL’s. This is the kind of surgeon I want operating on me. For sure.

Dr Bruno was my second. consultation when I was searching for my mommy makeover. He made me feel so at ease. The first dr I saw made me feel ashamed of my body, but not Dr. Bruno. The tummy tuck was beautiful and my breast lift amazing. He was very attentive before and after the procedure. He has an eye for what each womans body needs anf proceeds accordingly. No cookie cutter boob jobs. Marisol and Joselle are wonderful at the front. Helpful and professional. I will seek him out in the future.

Los Angeles/​Beverly Hills is the plastic surgery capital of the world; it’s also the entertainment capital of the world. I work in the entertainment industry, and for ten years of working in the film industry; I’ve seen a lot of boob jobs. The good, the bad, the ugly. I had been wanting a boob job since I was 18 and realized my A cup boobs would never get any bigger. There’s probably 500 board certified plastic surgeons in town, and I may hold one of the records for having the most consults ever, 13 to be exact in three months on making the decision to find the very best plastic surgeon in town, and I personally believe Dr. Bruno is the best plastic surgeon in Los Angeles. I come from a medical family and knew a lot about doctors and surgery. I wanted to absolutely make sure I was picking a doctor who one, does excellent work but two, actually CARES about his patients. Four doctors I could easily dismiss for being completely crazy and driven by greed, patients as numbers, looking for their next addicted victim, and boosting their ego and name all over television and the media as a celebrity doctor. I wanted a doctor like my family back home, not the guy who wants to be on Oprah or The Doctors on a weekly basis and commit to tv shows as medical personality. Although all plastic surgeons in this town of course cater to press as it’s a business. But there’s a difference between caring more about yourself as a public ego; than being a doctor and doing good quality work.
I ended up narrowing it down to four doctors out of 13 that basically were good hearted human beings that stood by the Hippocratic Oath they took, and Dr. Bruno became number one, because he CARED THE MOST. While other doctors bragged about themselves the entire consult, he never did. He listened to me and went over all my concerns. I had researched this procedure and my decision down to every pro and con. I read the manufacture guides, MD lawsuit checks, the statistics of sickness, complications, types of implants. Honestly, the very moment I had my consultation with him; I knew Dr. Bruno was the one, because after many sleepless nights of worry/​fear about doing this, I became confident and calm in my decision when I met him. He reassured me but was also very HONEST in everything I had researched AND while other surgeons had been very DISMISSIVE of my end result goals of how BIG I wanted to be (which was modest btw– C Cup), he was realistic about the cons of cc sizing but was willing to go with what I visioned for my body. Other surgeons said they would make the decision completely for me without a small range, or weren’t listening to my decision that I absolutely wanted high profile instead of round. I knew that Dr. Bruno would not put in something we hadn’t discussed and he would do his ABSOLUTE best to satisfy my vision of the boobs I wanted AND HE WOULD DO QUALITY WORK. I was also reassured that if something went wrong, he would stand by his work as a surgeon and revise for free if necessary, and while most surgeons agree to this, some point blank do not!
He is a doctor, doctor as I say. Someone who became a doctor for the love of helping people and not driven by other factors. I can see in him that he truly wants his patients to be happy and satisfied and takes great joy in seeing his patients happy. One of the most striking things that says more about this man than the other plastic surgeons in town was when I left these consults, you usually get a folder with the price and procedure info, but some surgeons threw in their biographies or what not. Inside of Dr. Bruno’s folder was his realself/​yelp reviews, real people talking about HIS WORK. Wow, that’s powerful. It says here’s me, no fancy media articles or bio, just simply: I stand by my work. That speaks volumes. Because I had no references, I was in the dark of finding a surgeon I could trust who wouldn’t give me a botched job. Surgery is a big deal, it’s a life threatening risk you take being put to sleep for anything you do, and your entrusting your life to this person for two hours and hoping you wake up and are happy with the results.
I will wrap it up by saying, I’m currently about 6 weeks post op. He was able to achieve what we agreed on and discussed making me 34A to a 34C currently with 350 cc and 375 cc high profile –as one boob was bigger naturally than the other. He did great work. I woke up with the boobs I finally wanted with even placement of the nipples and the implants. The incision marks were even looking in the infra-​mammary fold. And to this date, I’ve had no problems from the surgery. He was always there for me, he called me the night of surgery and I saw him the next day. I thought I had a problem and texted him 3 days later and he immediately saw me again to make sure I was ok. He sent me a thank you card and a fruit basket in my recovery process and I see him for post care visits. I’m going to recommend him highly to anyone wanting a boob job!

Dr. Bruno is fantastic. He made me feel comfortable the day of my consultation and he understood exactly what I wanted. I started as a B cup but then started working out and lost a lot of my size (ended up an A). The girls at the front are very nice and polite. The day of my surgery Dr. Bruno reassured me and I was confident that I made the right choice to be his patient. The anesthesiologist even told me that he is the best and he does amazing work. After my surgery, I was very impressed despite the swelling. I was not bruised at all. I’m currently 5 weeks post op (decided on going with silicone gel 304cc and ended up a 34C) and the outcome is amazing — they are natural looking, soft, and the scarring is healing very nicely. U would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I went to several consultations in Beverly Hills/​Rodeo Drive area before I met with Dr. Bruno. Once I met with him, I knew he was the guy to trust with my body. I had a BBL back in May 2014, and I am extremely happy with my results. I took a trip to Vegas back in August 2014, and I even got hit on by women in Vegas, telling me how sexy my body was and getting many compliments, on how great my booty looked. A friend surprised me with juvaderm lip injections from Dr. Bruno this past Friday for my bday weekend.
My pleasant experience started with the warm greeting from reception, to the relaxing waiting area complete with stunning view, complimentary bottles of water, and pretty orchids to look at.
Dr. Bruno himself is incredibly kind and personable. This was my first ever facial plastic surgery procedure, so I was a little nervous, but he was so gentle and sweet and made me feel totally at ease.
I am beyond thrilled with the result and want to say what an artist this man is.
He is very well known for his Brazilian Butt Lifts and Mommy Makeovers, but even if you go to him just for juvaderm, he’s a wizard.
