Commercial projects that TCA specializes in include new apartment buildings, new office buildings, new stores and free-​standing retail buildings, office interiors, store interiors, storefronts, professional office interiors, and apartment exterior and interior remodels.

Todd Conversano also can provide project management services in conjunction with the design project to help aid the client in the difficult task of managing all aspects of a project, from finding consultants to completing the final punch-​list, to project close-​out.

Todd Conversano has worked in the fields of Architecture and Interior Design since 1980 and has extensive experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Photography. Todd has an excellent understanding of construction materials and methods which allows his projects to be better built while minimizing the project duration and budget overages.

Todd Conversano is an extremely talented designer who has worked in the fields of Architecture and Interior Design from early in life. Fortunate to have an artistic family, Todd has had an upbringing immersed in art and design. Throughout his schooling, Todd has studied Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Art, and Crafts and has extensive hands-​on construction and construction management experience. Throughout his college years, his goal has been to receive a multifaceted education with a focus on art and design.

Todd initially worked for high profile architects and celebrities before opening his own firm in 2000. Specializing in both commercial and residential architecture, Todd provides innovative designs tailored for each client. From the initial programming to completion, Todd insures that each unique design is carried out as planned and that the client is involved and informed at each step.

We hired Todd after debating whether to hire an interior designer or an architect for our remodeling job. We wanted someone who possessed architectural knowledge & training as well as the designing aesthetics. We knew what type of design we liked (modern, in our case) but didn’t know how to achieve it.
Fortunately, we found Todd.
Todd is an exceptionally talented architect who knows how to achieve your vision.
He has a calm and pleasant demeanor to work with, and is also patient, detail-​oriented, and thorough. We always felt comfortable bringing up any questions or request for alternatives in order to stick with the budget we had in mind – and he promptly provided us with answers and solutions which made it better during the complicated construction process.
Ultimately, Todd possesses high integrity and is driven to make sure the project is executed correctly and smoothly. We were truly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, aesthetics, and work ethics. Our experience with Todd was definitely a positive one and we love the final result of his work. The remodeled spaces are our favorite rooms in the house.

Todd is an extremely talented architect. It was a great experience working with him. He took the time to understand the vision I had for my project. He very accurately interpreted my vision and created an amazing space that captured what I wanted.
I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and ability to see the end project as I wanted it to be. He pooled many resources and took the time to work on the details, never hesitant to go back to the drawing board to put together the look I had in mind for my exclusive concept salon. It was reassuring to know that he was willing to take my inputs and occasionally change the approach if need be to get the look and feel I wanted to achieve. He has a deep understanding of both structure and aesthetics as well an amazing ability to pair the practical with the visually appealing. He employed the depth of his experience to weave materials and space into an interesting, warm and cohesive design that went beyond what I had envisioned!
I could not be more happier with my salon. I look forward to working with Todd again on my next project.

The devil is in the details! We interviewed a number of kitchen designers as well as architects for ideas on designing our complete kitchen remodel. Todd presented us with a beautiful design, which not only streamlined the look of the kitchen but also improved its functionality. He made himself available to us and crew keeping frequent and close tabs in on our project. Todd further impressed us with his attention to detail in terms of paint colors and application as well as cabinet quality and fit up. He is very knowledgeable about colors and fabrics as well as having an excellent list of resources to draw from. Easy and flexible to work with. He gave us a design suggestion for the dining area, which we happily adopted. So again if details are important to you, your project will be in excellent hands with Todd.

I’ve know Todd and his work for a number of years and he is an exceptional architect. Actually, I should say an exceptional modern or contemporary architect, because that’s what he loves … although I’m sure he could add a Doric column or architrave if need be.
He also offers something to a project that many other architects don’t and that’s his knowledge and experience in construction and project management. Regardless of the size of the project, Todd will not only provide a design that is within budget and reflects the needs of the client, but, more importantly, he will see the project all the way through to the very end. To paraphrase an old saw, «Todd is in the details!»
