I ordered a glass piece from their website and it came the next week! Unfortunately, when it arrived the downstem had cracked in transit. Emailed them, and they promptly sent me a new downstem. That’s great customer service, I can only imagine how annoyed I would have been had they denied my request to send me a new downstem. That’s how you keep customer satisfaction up! I would recommend this shop!

Great people. Gave me a deal for a birthday I was having. I was able to make so may whipped cream pastrys, my guests were delighted. All the employees and owners are true homies to all customers. Thanks guys.

Bought a mod for $ 130 In March. The mod recently broke, no-​fault to me, it was a factory defect. I just went back to the shop to try and exchange it. They’re not willing to do anything. The mod was about $ 20 overpriced when I bought it, but I wanted this specific mod, So I went ahead and paid more than it was worth.
I don’t recommend a shop that does not stand by their products and over charges.

My frustration is, when I went to the shop after the mod broke I was told it was something «I couldn’t fix» and he «couldn’t do anything about it without talking to manager.» He was professional and treated me with respect.
With that said; it would be best when a sales person is making a sale to NOT SAY «we stand behind all of our products and if you have any issues, just bring it back and we take care of you.»
It would be best to be honest with the costumer about your return policy.
I understand from a business stand point you need to be careful with returns. In my case it is clear that the mod was not broken due to water, dropping, or any other misuse.
I am not from the West Hollywood area and going there hoping the manager is there is a waste of my time and I do not feel comfortable mailing to you as suggested.
I found another vape shop that immediately took care of the issue.
Again thank you for taking the time to respond and your phone call, but I will just take my losses with this mod and will purchase my vape supplies elsewhere.

Came in here looking for the perfect gift for my valentines & was immediately welcomed by store owner Derek. Derek was very helpful and informative on all of the various types of pieces that they carried. As for the store itself, it is decorated with street art & has a ton of unique products located all around the store. They also play really good music, which is a bonus! Will definitely be coming back!

I had been trying to buy a functioning mod for my vaporizer for weeks. The gentleman at the store, Gabriel (¿ I think), could not have been more helpful. It turns out I was choosing a poor battery pack. Gabriel did his best to steer me to the best product which I could afford, and even gave me a discount. Yesterday I was in WeHo and decided to stop by Teagardins based upon the favorable reviews here. I must say that if I could give Chris 6 stars, I would! He patiently assessed my needs and fixed me up with an eGo C-​Twist that works magnificently and it was affordable, too. Thank you, Chris; you are the best, bar none~

I was grabbing some boxes in WEHo when I noticed there a smoke shop right next door, I went in and inquired about the pax. The guy behind the counter recommended I purchase some other Vape. He seemed knowledgable about what he was selling, but what bothers me a lot is the fact that I went to another store by my house and the unit I purchases was there for $ 100 cheaper. SHAME ON YOU GUYS

I love this place! I came here needing to replace a broken bowl for my bong and I also wanted to check out some water pipes with a nail for smoking concentrates. I wasn’t really sure what I needed but Chris was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I let him know what I wanted to spend and he hooked me up with a great piece for smoking concentrates and even explained how to use it. I’m very happy with my purchase! They have a great selection of quality pieces and service is outstanding.

So friendly and so knowledgeable I got a rewards card because I will definitely be going back!!! And it didn’t hurt that the guy who helped me was a stallion!!!

About 1 – 2 weeks later I received a torn paper envelope (that you would send a letter in) with an apology from the postal services for the torn envelope and for the inconvenience. Well, if you’re going to sell online, you should ship like a big boy, don’t send items in paper envelopes that most likely won’t get there in one piece.
btw, ALL padded shipping envelopes and boxes are free no matter what service you use.
After a few annoying emails back and forth with Teagardins, I finally notified them that I am done communicating on this matter which is not worth so much time and aggravation, and if I don’t receive it in 48 hours I will cancel my payment which they have received weeks ago. Only then did I receive the shipment from Teagardins shipped express mail in an appropriate envelope with my paid for item+ 2 free gift inside for the inconvenience. (which is the reason for the added star).
…and still, I don’t recommend this online shop to anyone, and will not be back.

Um… have you ever heard the expression, «this place is the TITS???»
Translation: Derek and Chris and Art are the coolest kids on this block.
You won’t find a more ingenious selection of bowls, pipes, bongs, vapes, e-​cigs, spray paints, apparel, bags, or drug tests than at Teagardins. The array of cannabis friendly gear is pretty amazing and you won’t find it in a better layout!
I came in all the way from the Valley, in search of the perfect stationery vaporizer. Derek and Chris greeted me enthusiastically and proceeded to school me with incredible knowledge on concentrates, oils, flowers and how each and every vaporizer works.
Their mode of customer service is not only to befriend the customer, but to also personalize the experience and the product you purchase. I haven’t met employees this passionate about their line of work in a while…
I walked out with the Buddha vaporizer, the last one they had in. They keep the stock low, for the sake of limited space, but they also offer to order any product and guarantee it within the next day.
These guys will make you feel right at home and remedy any and all fears. There are no dumb questions here!
The next time you need to indulge in herbal delights, give this place a whirl, you won’t be sorry!

I came in with no idea about these products. I was trying to get a gift for my friend and needed to get a vaporizer. I found Derek to be Knowledgeable about the products they sold. The place was very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend this place. Ended up with the perfect Vape pen and delicious Ejuice! Great buy!

=D =D Just walked out of Teagardin’s about 30 minutes ago. I bought four, 3 gram packs of Maeng Da Kratom for $ 100. Chris was the extremely accommodating man who helped me. He was honest in explaining to me what I was purchasing, and extremely knowledgeable about the products! Purchasing this online is cheaper, but hey, they have a business to run, so a markup is expected. But I really appreciate his integrity. I have had some terrible experiences with being ripped off while buying Kratom, but this was NOT one of them! Also, it is prudent to note, the cleanliness am good vibes I got there, as well as the large selection of glassware and nicotine vapor flavors. I will most definitely be revisiting Teagardin’s soon!!!
