Had a great experience with the owner … Everything I asked for I got and I believe with any florist that’s how it should be. The quality of the flowers were A grade … Besides that, the price was very reasonable. Overall everything is great about this store !!!

They did my cousins wedding! So stunning. people fought over the arrangements (if you’re Armenian you get the struggle lol). The florist was so nice and she went above and beyond what we paid for. She won’t disappoint and is very accommodating. Their location on Sunset Blvd is stunning as well

This is my first time having flower arrangements from Sunset and I am extremely satisfied with their services. I had contacted them on short notice to have flowers delivered to my wife’s baby shower. Despite the short notice and the distant trip to Orange County, they came through in the clutch. My past experiences with other companies have not been so pleasant. I’ve had other companies mix up the flower types, drop off anniversersary flowers to neighbor’s homes and contact my wife with pick up instructions, and other horrible experiences. So when I contacted Sunset I was crossing my fingers as this time they were being delivered in front of over 50 guests. So I was delighted when my wife let me know how beautiful the flowers were and the compliments her guests had made as well. I’m not a flower expert by any means but I can definitely tell when compared to other companies Sunset is the best. You can tell from the arranagment they really care about the presentation of their product and don’t just throw a bunch of flowers together. I further appreciate the promptness and punctiality of Dana as well.

Just realized I never posted the below review from my experience with sunset flowers (it was still in my drafts folder)
My husband wanted to surprise me with flowers from Sunset plaza florist and it was a total nightmare. They called me at about 11 am to let me know I had a flower delivery and it would arrive at noon. I waited until 2 pm and called them to see what happened and was told they are running late but the delivery guy was right around the corner and would deliver them in 10 minutes. 10 minutes turn to 3 hours and still no delivery. I contacted them again and spoke to one of the owners and told her what happened, she proceeded to yell at me over the phone saying they were busy and only have 1 driver. The flowers that were suppose to be delivered finally arrived at 6 pm.
They are unprofessional, inconsiderate and a waste of money and time. They took away the joy of receiving flowers. Do NOT order from them

I am consistently impressed with Sunset Plaza Florists. Not only are their arrangements and blooms incredible but their customer service is really wonderful. Dena (I believe is her name) is not only beautiful and accommodating but quick to help and her follow through is timely and effective. Bravo for hiring such a great employee!

I needed last minute flowers for my moms birthday but didn’t want it to look like last minute flowers. So I started Unilocaling and came across this place and OMG did they hook me up. I talked to Donna and told her what the flowers were for and basically that’s she did the rest. I wish I had a picture of the flowers to post, but I must say they were so fancy, fresh, and elegant. I was a little skeptical about trying a new florist (as we all are) because you never know how they will deliver. Surprisingly, I was very shocked on how wonderful their customer service was. They were so attentive and prompt! I had ordered 2 roseballs, one with red roses, and the other mixed with hydrangeas. They were so beautiful I fell in love! I also received a call and a text asking if I had liked them… the answer was YES! They lasted for a good week, which was wonderful. I will definitely be placing more orders from them. Loveeee them! They did my friends wedding in April and the center pieces were jaw dropping. So I went with them to order flowers for Mother’s Day. My mom and mother in law were amazed! Thank you sooo much! Would definitely recommend for gifts or full events. A+++

I was eating at le petit four on sunset plaza and I realized that I needed flowers for my wife. I noticed this place across the street, and walked over. I told the girl what I was trying to do and we put together a nice arrangement that was about 120 dollars. My wife and my two daughters loved the flowers. unfortunately the flowers have since died, but we have a very cool wooden box now that my girls use for crayons. Im surprised to see some nasty and negative reviews. but i didnt experience that. And i guess you cant please them all. who knows.

My company recently hired Sunset Plaza Florist to make a quick arrangement for a Bridal Shower I was attended. Florence did it as a favor and gave me not only an excellent price, but the arrangement went above and beyond my expectations! I was thrilled with the flowers and so was EVERYONE at the event. Thanks ladies! Your work was beautiful! :)

If Unilocal had a minus grading system, this place would get it. We bought a Mother’s Day Groupon for a $ 200 value. We paid $ 110 minus an additional 20% as part of the deal.
Called the store to redeem the Groupon, «Michelle» (name she gave) threw Groupon under the bus and asked us to cancel the order (took 90 minutes on the phone just to do that) and when we called her she would NOT honor the 20% additional discount or delivery. Claimed she was not responsible for whatever Groupon was selling (claimed not knowing), but funny enough in the original conversation mentioned another customer who cancelled the Groupon, per her request.
Then, the best part began: yelling, sarcasm, unaccountability, rudeness, accusations that we just wanted free flowers. I hang up on her because I could not get a word in. She called back to scream some more. Totally, out of a movie. How can people like this be in business!!!
Do yourself a favor, do not entertain this lady. She’ll eat you up and spit you out. Rage Against Mothers (Day) should be the name of her business.

There is nothing like GREAT Customer service.
Last week was my birthday and emergency plumbing at my place caused their flower delivery to be confused and misplaced. When I called Sunset Plaza, they could hear the disappointment in my voice and didn’t argue with me; they fixed it, delivering a NEW set of flowers Directly Into My Hands and Saving my Birthday!
I will forever be grateful.
