I was referred to Sophia by a friend and was told to try the Ionithermie treatment. It works great for core strengthening, and also works well for detoxing. You sweat a lot. Booking with Sophia was very easy, just text her and she’ll reply immediately. When she showed up to my place she came with an assistant to help her bring the bed set everything up. I was connected to the Ionithermie for 45 minutes. I would say the treatment was pretty intense, it was like I was getting a workout laying down. After my treatment I felt refreshed and sore. I would highly recommend this treatment. Can’t wait for my next appointment.
