Absolutely the worst. Totally inept. Repeatedly left stains on clothes, refused to try again after I pointed them out or attempted a «rush job» while I was standing there, despite my pleas that I had to leave for work. Even when I brought in clothing with a stain, every time said he couldn’t make any promises. Stay far, far away from this horrorshow.

The people that own this place are great and have a wonderful sense of humor. I have brought in 2 pairs of jeans recently (on two separate occasions) to be hemmed and they’ve done an excellent job. Each time they were able to hem my pants within a few hours. I loved being able to pick up my pants a few hours later!
As far as price goes, they seem reasonable. It cost between $ 15 – 20 to hem.
The location is somewhat hidden — that’s the only drawback. They’re located within walking distance from my office so they’re perfectly located for me.
