I’m a real girl, with real problems, and Rachael let’s me know real quick what I need to do in order to move forward. She helped me get ME back. I’ll be honest, I always mocked the very idea of life coaches as ridiculous LA nonsense, akin to juice cleanses and gluten free diets. But when I heard that Rachael had really helped a friend of a friend navigate the dating world I was intrigued, and after talking to her about my own issues I am 100% converted. Rachael is like the perfect combination of therapist and girlfriend. She can cut through the clutter instantly and call you on your crap, while still making you feel totally loved and supported. I’ve known Rachael for going on 10 years now, and would recommend her advice to anyone — even before she was a certified life coach! She has helped me through so many difficult times, and has definitely found her true calling.
She is 100% trustworthy, and will give it to you straight — no BS from this girl, trust me. She can help navigate any issue, big or small. She’s helped me through major life changes (like relocating and going back to school), and seemingly mundane things like de-​cluttering my small studio apartment and becoming more organized (which makes more of a difference than you’d think). She is my go-​to whenever I feel conflicted or lost, because she always guides me down the right path. In 10 years, I can honestly say that she has never steered me wrong.

Rachael is a wonderfully empathetic coach. It was clear from the start of our session that she was highly tuned in to my words and emotions. Our session was over the phone, and she was able to dig in and break down the issues I am having very quickly. She made me very comfortable. Her «bedside manner» is very down to earth, nonjudgmental, and friendly — like a peer rather than some guru.
