LOVE Rudy! Working with him has changed my life. He is fun, gentle and kind. My entire body has transformed under his guidance. I walk taller, have better posture and I now HAVE a core to use! He is highly knowledgable and able to customize a program or a class for each individual’s limitations, goals and needs. Plus his fees are very reasonable. You will LOVE him!!!
