They do very high end work and I would highly recommend their services!

Brought in a letterman jacket that was way too big – made me look like the Michelin man. M and H adjusted it for me at a totally reasonable price and now it looks perfect! I highly recommend them for all your tailoring needs. Very nice people.

This is an extremely experienced father and son duo. They fixed my bridesmaids dress in less than a week and the results were fantastic. This place is also excellent for quick alterations — I ripped my favorite jeans and needed a dress hemmed and they came to the rescue.

Had to get a suit tailored for a wedding and after getting quoted ridiculous prices from other tailors in the neighborhood, MH Tailoring & Alterations gave me a great deal by beating all my other quotes. They did an amazing job meeting my quick deadline. This will be my go to neighborhood tailors, without a doubt.

Just discovered these guys after doing a quick Unilocal search. My wife and I had a few scattered needs: one fairly expensive dress of hers which had a tear that some experienced seamstresses had declared was beyond repair. And I had a traditional ethnic pullover-​type-​thing (worn at weddings) that was flat out one size too big (I was swimming in it). We assumed that it too was beyond hope.
First of all, the father and son team we met were absolutely lovely to interact with. Smiling, friendly, genuine. They took our measurements, gave us a $ estimate (which felt absolutely on-​point) and a time estimate for when it would be ready. They ended up completing the work a few days ahead of their proposed date. But even more importantly, they absolutely nailed it. My wife’s dress is as good as new. And my garb now fits like a glove. We’re going to be the BELLES OF THE BALL and we have the maestros at M H Tailoring to thank.
I recently lost a bunch of weight and have a ton of clothes that «no longer fit.» Well, based on their work, I’m gonna bring a bunch of those clothes in (including suits that are now two sizes too big). Really lovely people, too (which is a huge plus for us). What a fantastic discovery. Highly recommend.

I brought in some vintage jeans that another alteration place had neglected, and they were able to fix seamlessly and have it ready in an hour. I was amazing at the quality of their work, their attention to detail, and just the kindness of everyone here. Those guys are well organized, I like the way they take care of their customers and try to make things right in a way makes you want this alterations your only like only place to go, especially if you have expensive staff and you want to put them in safe hands. Needed my new year dress altered before my flight today and was looking for same day alteration service. Took my dress here and they finished in less than an hour. Life savers. I love the way my dress fits now. They were very professional and very nice. I will definitely be back.
