Global Cuisine, a chef based company, focuses on quality of ingredients, integrity of globally inspired flavor profiles, and creativity in presentation. We use the freshest products from around the world and prepare them using contemporary and innovative cooking techniques including Molecular Gastronomy and Sous Vide. We utilize relationships with local farmers and other food purveyors giving our clients seasonal and often sustainable products. Chef Gary Arabia believes in the pan to plate technique which enables Global Cuisine to create and execute remarkable cuisine.

Celebrity Chef Gary Arabia owns and operates Global Cuisine By Gary Arabia. He has catered and produced some of Hollywood’s most glamorous events. Global Cuisine by Gary Arabia was created on July 4, 2000. The response has been more than unbelievable to his culinary talents, none of which takes away from the modesty of the man who started out watching his mother in the kitchen as a child. Whether you are at Gary’s beautiful restaurant located on the lot studios in West Hollywood or an event that he has produced, you can be sure that you will be relaxed and comfortable because you are in the hands of a remarkably talented man who loves what he does and has made event production into a «global» art form.

We hired Gary and his team to cater an event for our organization. The food alone would be four stars, but unfortunately Gary’s attitude and behavior requires this to be a two-​star review. He simply is a difficult person to work with at every stage of the process. Once we put a deposit down, his attitude shifted very quickly from solicitous to couldn’t-be-bothered. After the event, we were charged for cleanup fees that were never discussed beforehand.

The food here tastes like what I assume the cafeteria in the Thunderdome serves. If Los Angeles ever descends into post-​apocalyptic anarchy, and this is the only place still open, I’ll be the first to turn cannibal and lead my army of mutants riding their Hellbikes on a human hunt rather than eat here.

Well at least this place is consistent. Where do I begin. The servers who are very pleasant seem to have difficulty remembering who ordered what (every time!) as well as the specifics of menu items. Also the attention to detail has gotten worse over time. The food has also continued to be sub par, bland and not worth the price. I don’t want to beat up on this place but I feel like Gary Arabia focuses too much on his outside catering business and not enough on the quality of his menu items or the competency of his staff. Never once have I seen him in the restaurant asking customers how there food is. I wish he would because I know a couple dozen people at least who are forced to eat here for work who would like to tell him a few things. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COST. Try Hugo’s! That place is my favorite and amazing every time. I’m also convinced if someone gave this place more than one star it is most likely a fake review by the staff. Nice try Gary.

I came for dinner here recently, and while the space is quite beautiful, I wasn’t a fan of the food as the flavors were lacking. Service was attentive and friendly. The restaurant is located in the Lot Studios and is not visible from the street.

THE BEST! When I think of the best food in Los Angeles, Global Cuisine by Gary Arabia without a doubt comes to mind. Wide array of options, flavors from around the world, and spectacular food you will want again.
From catering to the restaurant, you won’t find a more skilled organization.
Everyone I have met is extremely friendly, attentive, and this is a must try.
I tried a dish from their new menu this week (Chicken Panang), literally, one of the best meals I have had.

Was at a meeting in the area when I decided to take my friend up on a recommendation and check Global Cuisine out. Parking was a little iffy and I wish it was a little easier to find (I had to call and get directions to a parking garage) — but the thai chicken salad made it all worth it. Mixed greens, fresh veggies, grilled chicken with a lemon grass vinaigrette (my favorite) — so delicious! I ordered to go — staff was courteous and friendly. By the time I got back to the meeting, the salad was still crisp and fresh.
Would definitely go back.

The restaurant exceeded previous expectations. Concierge service with a smile and 5 star cuisine makes me want to come on the lot more often. Global Cuisine by Gary Arabia is an urban paradise and a hidden LA gem! If you are lucky you may experience it for yourself, but it will have to be by invitation only.

I work on the lot from time to time and when I do I stop here for a croissant or muffin before work. But today I ended up having a meeting with a new client over breakfast. I had the breakfast burrito with ham. It was very filling and it came with a side of breakfast potatoes. The food came quickly which was nice to not have to wait. My portion of the bill was under $ 10.00. Its definitely a good place to grab breakfast or lunch when you work on the Lot. Its convenient and very reasonably priced. I will continue to come her when I’m working on the studio.

I heard about Global Cuisine through a co worker and Ive been meaning to try it. I finally made my way here and I was not disappointed! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. I had the tuna melt with fries and my friend had a caprese sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was perfect! Bread was crispy and the cheese was melted just right. I can’t even begin to tell u how many times I’ve had a tuna melt and the bread was dry or the cheese was cold! I was happily impressed with their customer service and quick food service. I will def be coming back! Maybe ill try the side salad and cut back on the calories ;)

I met a group of friends at this place and completely fell in love with it. The ambience was perfection– I loved eating on the patio especially. The food was delicious and the service was 5 star!!! I highly recommend you check out this spot I can assure you will come back for more as I surely have!!! Louisiana Crab-​cakes and Thai Chicken Salad are my faves.

I’ve gone to this place for lunch several times in the last couple of months and I love it ! It’s a nice break from the usual things surrounding my office in West Hollywood. Most recently a friend and I went and we ordered fish & chips and the naked shrimp salad. We shared and both were really delicious. However, my favorite part of the meal was the dessert ! They have some of the best macaroons I’ve ever tried. I will definitely continue to go there. the food is always good and the staff is really friendly. Everyone was very attentive and it’s not one of those super crazy/​super loud places. Great place to chill out for lunch !

The fail moment when I have so many drafted reviews that I never finished … so pardon me as this is a few weeks old;
I don’t normally trek into this part of town unless I absolutely have to — I hate parking in general in this area, but a business meeting a block down ran long, so we figured we’d eat here, then head back down to Wilshire.
At any rate, we had a pleasant time — service was polite and courteous. My partner got the Banh Mi sandwich (you can see my picture), and I got the BBQ chicken salad (I know, what on earth? But I saw it on our way in and I just had to try it). The sandwich was great, and well-​sized. My salad was just perfect and not dry at all.
Overall, decent price for the area, although I’m not a regular in the area, I wouldn’t mind eating here again if I was. I’d give five-​stars in a heart beat if parking was easier, but alas, we can’t have everything right?!
