My parents have lived at garden of palms for one year. They have been treated with love and respect. The caretakers are wonderful. The food is very good and the chef is extremely accommodating. The staff is lovely and the director puts her heart and soul into the operation. We looked at places in New York (since we moved my parents from New York) and the places we saw were cold and institution-​like. I feel blessed that we found garden of palms for my parents. It lets me sleep at night knowing my parents are well taken care of.

We took my 92yr old mom here for 3mths. I would NEVER bring her back there. They were told she has kidney disease. When I would call to see if the Dr. saw her yet regarding this matter, they said they didn’t know about it. They had to be reminded 4 times. That is a big deal… There were so many other things that took place there. Long story short. She got very sick there and needed to be transferred upstairs where they are closely monitored. She was upstairs for about a week. We went to visit her she looked awful. We could tell she was not taken care of. We gave them notice and paid for the month and took her right out of there. She came home very sick, we thought we were going to loose her… Shes been home now for about 2 weeks and she is a different person. I think she is going to out live her kids now. Shes is back to being sharp and looks 100% better… I thank GOD we got her out of there… They are good salesperson.
