Final Touch Collision Center

I wanted to highlight my experience with Final Touch. I researched places that were close to where I live, and came across Final Touch. I dropped in and the staff were very accommodating and arranged transportation to the rental car facility and handled EVERYTHING with my insurance beginning at that point.
The very next day they had the insurance company out to agree on the estimate, and everything starts moving forward. It turns out that after they started tearing apart the car there was even more damage. This was seamless to me and they worked to get the estimate updated.
I dropped my car off in the middle of November. Now granted it took some time to fix my car, one has to be understanding due to the holidays and things that are out of their control such as the wrong part showing up. This stuff takes times and people deserve to be with their families around the holidays. Despite the time it took, they were more than willing to provide me a free loaner car after my insurance rental coverage ended.
A special shout out to Manager John who was very straight up with me since Day 1. I called once a week to check status on the car, and each time he apologized for the delay and took ownership of the situation. In my opinion he went above and beyond for the situation and my only request was that I get my car back before I moved which he made happen.
I received my car back in better condition than I left it. I highly recommend this Collision Center. I don’t believe the negative reviews written on here reflect both sides of the story. Getting your car damaged is a stressful experience as it is, and a reputable body shop is going to be busy (hence why you might experience a delay).

I got into a minor accident and the other party assumed full responsibility including a rental car. It took them so long to fix it the insurance company refused to cover 7 days of my rental just because it took way way longer than expected to fix my car. Be very careful and I honestly I was nice that’s why I got this unfair treatment. I wouldn’t want this for anyone.

DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I got into an accident and a different tow truck than the one that was sent by my insurance company picked my car up and towed it to Final Touch. Obviously shaken up by the accident, I mistakenly thought that this was the repair shop that my insurance co. told me to go to. FT made me sign a tear down estimate of $ 5,000 to just tear down the car. My car was a total loss so it was just sitting there accruing $ 240/​day in absurd storage fees. FT ended up getting over $ 6,000 from both me and my insurance co. for doing nothing but probably an hour of labor taking out my right door.
Also, see if they’ll provide you a towing receipt. I asked for one and they gave me a fake tow receipt from «West Hollywood Tow». Tried calling the number, out of service. Googled the address of the towing company, that address does not exist.
Lastly, they’ll send you a lien on your car AFTER the car’s already out of that shit hole, therefore making that lien invalid. I’m guessing they’re gonna try to scam you some more to pay them more money even though they’ve already been paid.

I sent a certified letter asking for a itemized bill and a legit bill for there towing. Tried delivery 3 times and has been refused by Final Touch collision. (why refuse to give me a proper bill if you have nothing to hide.?)DONT TAKE YOUR car here.

The manger NICK wont give me tow co. name or a bill from them, charging me $ 625 for tow 1.3 miles.
and second tow .5 miles to holding lot $ 425
This tow truck shows up at the wreck and tells you they take your insurance and will take you to a great shop (my ass). told us it would be about $ 75 to $ 100 for a tow. This tow truck and final touch are in this scam together.
when I called and asked for the bill. HE TOLD ME TO FUCK OFF AND TALK TO MY ADJUSTER. Then hung up on me.
They told me my info on my car was no longer in the computer I cant get an itemized bill .(I’m calling bullshit on that)
$ 6890.50 total fees. They photo shopped my son signature on a work order .He never sign such a paper.

This place will rob you,… Son was in a wreck and tow truck took his car here. He just turned 18 and was traveling through when he wrecked car. They are charging 5 grand in fees for holding car for 30 hours waiting on the insurance adjuster to look at car and deemed it a total loss. The manager is a coward and wont even return calls. to the insurance or my son and I. They are holding the car ransome until insurance gives them 5 grand in fees. They made my son sign paper work, he was really shook up, nervous. and stranded in L.A. first wreck he ever been in .And to take advantage of a 18 year old kid like this is just wrong. Mister Manger that wont even call me back, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELF… And your made up fees.

$ 450 transfer half mile to holding lot.
$ 3050 labor and idk what labor
and price is going up every day.

I brought my car in after ripping the bumper off on the holiday weekend just as other shops were closing… I saw 4.5 stars overall on Unilocal and thought okay, but did not read the reviews and see the many 1 star reviews saying exactly what I am saying!!!
The guy looked at my car and gave me a verbal estimate of $ 3500 which sounded reasonable so I left my car. I signed a contract that had the number he quoted listed but I was in a hurry and did not read the fine print … well guess what??? The $ 3500 bucks he told me it would be to fix … yeah that is just for them to look at it LOOK AT IT NO WORK … Not to mention, they turned my insurance adjuster away would not let them see my car… so in theory they should have not done a thing to it yet as adjuster needs to see it pre repairs … Well guess what they have already taken out the AC and taken off the side panels before the insurance adjuster has seen it. Now all of a sudden they are telling me & my insurance that it will actually be $ 7600!!! And if I want to pull my car out of the shop guess what I have to pay them $ 3500 plus $ 185 a day storage AND $ 85/​day per part for any parts they took off my car and are storing on the side so that could be many parts who knows … CAN YOU SAY SCAM!!!
I will be lucky to get my car back working and intact…
So dishonest … and SO SO SO SHADY.
Unilocal you really need to figure out how this shop has 4.5 stars … there is no way they are legit. Its sad, Unilocal used to be a trusted resource NOT ANYMORE.

I would highly recommend this place. I just recently had my infiniti repaired here after a fender bender. I looked around at a couple of shops but right off the bat really felt that the management here has the customer’s best interests in mind. I worked with John who did just about everything to give me piece of mind throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be more thrilled with how my car turned out. My sexy baby is back to her mint condition and although It took a while because of the extensive damage it was well worth the wait. John went over the car with a fine pick to ensure it was perfect when I got it back. Highly highly recommend coming here if your looking for a body shop you can trust that will do a superior job.

I highly recommend these guys! I stopped by because one of my clients failed to see if I had left her garage before she decided to shut the door on the top of my car. Yeah. nice. Thankfully Final Touch took great care of me! Nick the manager that I spoke with told me that he would be happy to take care of the damage, and that they did. The guy he had working on my car was amazing — it’s as if the damage was not even there after he was done. He even took the time to wipe my car down afterwards to make sure that there was no debris left behind. Nick and his team were not only nice, but they were nice to deal with, welcoming, and made me want to go back for service again should I ever need it. Excellent customer service!

Great service. Stuff is very nice. Got my car fixed very fast and very good. Its already my second time here and if anything happens i always know where to go.

How to start. I was so frustrated after a hit and run left my car a wreck. I discovered final collision and they took care of me right away. They worked with my insurance and made sure I was never under any stress. After my insurance stated that they could no longer cover my rental, final collision covered it until my car was done. It came out beautifully! Not only did they do a great job on my car, but their customer service is also grade A. I spoke with Britney frequently for updates and she was always extremely pleasant. Nick gave me his personal card and made sure I was taken care of throughout the process and David was a big help as well. Overall 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough.

Final Touch took care of my wife’s car Nick and Harry did just what they said. It’s great when that happens! My SL-​550 loves them too. Professional service you can trust.

You will never stop regretting taking your vehicle here: sheer mobster evil. $ 12k for no work, and a lien on the vehicle after they were paid. Dept of consumer affairs and WeHo sheriff was called in. These people are thieves.

I’ve been contacted now by not 1 but 2 other customers from this shop asking for help with their cars and outrageous and unexplained fees from this shop. I’ve directed them all to the BBB and the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

I don’t normally write a lot of reviews and I rarely have good experiences with anyone in the auto business – be it sales or repair. I was so (pleasantly) surprised by Final Touch that I had write this review.
First of all, some jerk sideswiped my parked car and didn’t leave a note. It didn’t make sense to go through insurance so I paid out of pocket.
Nick and John were amazing – they walked me through the whole process and were super respectful. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or oversold in any way. Final Touch gave me the best price in neighborhood, HANDS DOWN.
The best part is the SERVICE. I dropped by car off on the way to the airport, so Final Touched sent an Über and paid for my trip to the airport! Since I got back on a Sunday (and they are closed Sundays), they had an Über waiting to pick me up at home on Monday morning, again on their dime. Seriously, I have never experienced this type of service.
Final Touch did an excellent job on my car, has the best pricing on the market and most importantly, killer service. I highly, highly recommend.

If I could give this place more stars I would.
I knew this was the shop I wanted to go to as soon as I found out my car was hit in the parking lot. Luckily the other party left a note and their insurance took care of all the costs. Im so happy with the job they’ve done to my car. Great quality full detail it looks like it came out of the showroom’ The owner of the shop was extremely genuine and down to earth unlike any any other person you would find at businesses. It really feels nice going to business where the person comes first before the money.
Over all my experience with this shop is excellent from beginning to end.

Nick was the friendliest and one of the most helpful managers of all the body shops I’ve been to. He didn’t allow my insurance company to get away with lowballing my estimate.
He went as far as helping me when I had to go to small claims court.
Nick was on point, every step of the way.
I couldn’t ask for anything more. Even though I have to travel for about an hour to get to his shop, I wouldn’t hesitate to make the trip if I needed to.
I recommend Nick to everyone who asks me for an auto body shop who’s not gonna try and pull a fast one. Anyone I’ve referred to him has had nothing but great reviews of their experience.

I believe I got scammed by this collision center, and they have done nothing to help me or prove they are innocent. I got in an accident and as I was on the phone with AAA, a tow truck drove by as I was on hold waiting to speak to AAA. He asked if I needed a tow and he told me he was with AAA and would tow me somewhere. He brought be directly to Final Touch, and when I got there Final Touch made me sign a contract without explaining anything on it telling me it would help them deal with my insurance so they would not have to call me as much.
I went to pick up my car the next week, as it was totalled and there was a $ 1,500 bill waiting for me, even though Final Touch had done absolutely no work. They claimed the tow truck had charged them for a tow ($ 396!!), even though I told both the tow company and Final Touch I was part of AAA and got free tows. They then charged $ 125 fee for each day the car was there, even though one of the days was Sunday and they are not open, and charged a full day for the day I brought the car as well as the day I picked it up. I offered to do a repair there, as the contract stated I did not owe storage fees if I did repairs there, but they told me I had to do the whole repair or pay the fee. The contract does not say this!
They also made me pay in CASH, even though they take credit cards. Shady…
I was forced to pay this or they would not release my car to me.
I then received the ‘receipt’ they supposedly paid the tow company and the phone number on it as well as the address did not exist. When I called Final Touch they said they used this tow company often, and when I explained it did not actually exist, they did nothing to actually look into this. You would think they would care that customers are being fraudulently charged… nope.
They have not done anything to look into the fee I should not have paid, and have been very rude, not returning my request to speak with the manager.
I do not believe this place operates honestly (why would a fraudulent tow company bring me directly to this collision center where they make me pay in cash), and would strongly advise going elsewhere.
I am in process of filing this in the small claims court as well as the Better Business Bureau and will update when I find out more info about what I believe to be a scam.

Amazing work, my car look the same as when I drove off the dealer lot! Thank you Harry, you are always so helpful and accommodating! Whether it’s through the insurance or cash paying, there’s always a fair price negotiation. Quality work with quality staff. Your satisfaction is guarantied. I’m writing this review because its a breeze of fresh air in this highly competitive world to find a business that doesn’t forget what business should be all about. and its taking good care of their customers.
after my accident i was already overwhelmed with medical issues and the last thing i needed to worry about was my car.
these guys did an amazing job by taking care of all the communication with the insurance .
i would get constant update’s on the status of the repair. they provided me with a loaner car even though my insurance did not have coverage for rental…
when my car was done and by the way on time !!! they arrange to pick up the loaner and deliver my car that looked like it just came out of the dealer showroom.
thank you guys for the amazing customer service .you just earned a customer for life !!!

I took my Mercedes in for repair. service was amazing they took care of the rental they took care of all the insurance papers and forms.
the workmanship level is outstanding you cant even tell where the car was hit.
if you are looking for a honest shop with excellent customer service and workmanship this is the place to go.

I’m updating this entry but leaving the original as my car is still in the shop but thought anyone who is reading this should know the most current status. It turns out, after over a month of back and forth with multiple insurance companies, California’s Bureau of Automotive Repair, and the shop, that the fault lies (mostly) with MY insurance company of all entities for producing a ridiculously low initial estimate. For the record, I have Allstate and I can definitively say that I’m not in good hands. State Farm which is the other drivers insurance, on the other hand, has been amazing. Following the Bureau of Automotive Repair’s finding that Allstate was at fault (this is a government agency…), Nick from Final Touch has taken good care of me thus far. I will adjust my final rating after I get my car back…
For the record, my car has been at this shop for 50 days! Major inconvenience.

Whatever you do, DO NOT take your car here. I want to make sure everyone knows to avoid this place, so please spread the word.
I was rear ended and the other driver called her insurance company to ask for two tow trucks. The truck that towed my car took it to Final Touch. When I arrived at the shop the next morning, the shop manager asked me to sign a document allowing them to keep my car until my insurance company could come do a preliminary estimate. I was extremely hesitant but he (I think his name was Nik) promised me that it was ONLY to keep my car there and that no agreements would commence until AllState had inspected the car.
My insurance asked me to move the car to a different shop at which time Final Touch tried to make them pay $ 4.5K which far exceeds the total damage to my vehicle. When my insurance (AllState) said that they wouldn’t pay, Final Touch fraudulently produced a photoshopped document with my signature on an approved work order. I did not sign such a document. So now, my insurance has stepped out of the picture and I need to go through reporting them to the Bureau of Automotive Repair.
When my insurance representative went to the shop and asked to see the original document, the shop manager at Final Touch refused and only showed him an electronic version that is clearly a false document. They even spelled their shop name incorrectly. Beyond shady. How do these people sleep at night?
In summary:
— Girl hits me
— I have a concussion
— My car has been gone now for over a week
— Shop takes advantage of me at my lowest moment and proceeds to falsify documentation that I did NOT sign
— Insurance company removes themselves from the equation
— Car is now being held hostage until the Bureau of Automotive Repair decides how to proceed
— If the Bureau of Automotive Repair determines that there’s nothing that they can do, I will be personally responsible for the $ 4.5K… did I mention that the accident was NOT my fault?
