Eddie is fantastic with eyelashes and make-​up.
Cameron at the front desk is absolutely lovely, as are the other front desk staff.
However, I went in for color with Erica who told me that I needed color correction on my crown (after a bad dye job I did myself at Christmas) in order for my hair to become one color again. Unfortunately, this unanticipated step made my process closer to three hours and I had a date. Erica did an awesome job drying my hair in 10 minutes flat, but I was not aware that a blow out after a color was an additional $ 40, otherwise I would have dashed out with wet hair. I wasn’t happy with the color as it was intense red at the crown and a much duller auburn everywhere else.
Cameron refunded me the money for this blowout. Erica offered me a free light brown toner to neutralize the brassiness at the crown and assured me it would not make me a brunette and that it would make my hair more «coppery red» all over like I wanted. I was worried about destroying my hair with another process so Cameron threw in a free conditioning treatment as well.
Everyone is so nice at this salon that I wish I could say all is well that ends well… The toner has made me a brunette. Erica told me that the color would fade and had me go outside to look at the color in the sun so that I could see the red still in my hair. The faded color on the ends was natural looking she said… and the color itself was still light she said… the truth is, I no longer have red hair, I have brown hair with a red undertone and the crown is still a different color from the rest of my hair. I am very unhappy and simply cannot recommend Erica for color but she does great blowouts.

Great stylists. Great salon. I’m so happy this salon is in my neighborhood! They are really good about getting me in and so far I’ve had great experiences with hair and make-​up. Everyone is really nice here and very accommodating. I was celebrating with a friend and so we brought champagne and sushi with us while we got glammed up. The employees here made sure we were comfortable and contributed to our happy spirits. All of their stylists are good and the owner of the salon, Eden is a doll. Not only is she beautiful but she’s super sweet and welcoming.

I love Eden! Before coming here I hadn’t gotten a haircut in over a year and it was very needed. Adrian cut my hair and he was so precise and did an amazing job. This is the best haircut I’ve had in years :)

Had hair and makeup done here on the recommendation of a friend. Could not have been better! Eddie did my makeup and he is FANTASTIC!

The customer service here is beyond compare!
First off, Cameron at the front desk is so knowledgable and incredibly kind. She sat me in the waiting area and offered me a drink. Very attentive.
I had my color done by Bridget, who is not only patient and sweet, she listened immensely to what I want and was spot on. She also gave me exactly what I wanted when it came to my cut! I will definitely be back for further service!
Shout out to Jordan, the salon assistant! Such a relaxing shampoo!

I wish I had better things to say but my hair looks orange. I’m super picky about who touches my hair because I know from previous bad experiences that its hard to find someone who is truly a miracle worker with hair. In a nutshell, I got the balayage treatment and a bit of a trim. Although, I asked for a soft warm subtle highlight look, my hair looks orange. Even my husband said so when we looked at it in the sun. My trim was next to nothing special. I still have split ends and it was something I could’ve done myself. Ive had way better work for much less. I’m not phoo phooing the entire salon, maybe my stylist wasnt understanding what I wanted. Everyone at the salon is helpful and polite which is nice. I was hoping my hair style would be something amazing but not the case. So, yes, I feel very disappointed. :(

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The salon is located right in the heart of the Sunset Strip and has plenty of parking in the back. Its absolutely gorgeous on the inside and customer service was top notch! I came in with a ridiculous amount of split ends and uneven layers from a past haircut and Jordan and Sean were able to fix the mess! My new hair style was fresh and healthy and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be recommending Eden to all my friends :)

Outstanding customer service. After being unhappy with my first stylist, I was brought in for a consult with the owners and a new colorist. Bridget (the colorist) had purple hair so I figured that was a good start!
They talked with me about what I had asked for, what my hair looked like now and what could be done. The owner showed me how to style my bangs so that the weight worked with the cut.
Not only did I get the color I wanted this time, I got some magenta streaks as well, which look amazing. The owner was so gracious about me giving them another chance that he offered me a complimentary cut and color when I’m ready.
I’m very pleased with their attentiveness and concern for the customer’s experience. I will definitely be back.

I was very fortunate to have my hair and makeup done at Eden a week ago while visiting L.A. for the Everest movie première in Hollywood. Initially my mother was only going to have her hair styled at Eden — and we were to go elsewhere for the makeup — but after seeing the stunning job on her hair, we decided to stay to have my hair and both our faces done as well. My mom looked FANTASTIC — but as this is my review, I’ll focus on my experience.
Before I talk about the hair and makeup, I’d just like to quickly note how lovely it was that the gal at the front desk with short blonde hair offered me something to drink as I waited for my mom — even though I wasn’t initially going to have anything done at the salon. I’ve worked in customer service for years and was quite impressed with how warm the front staff made me feel!
After my mom saw the beautiful end result of Joel’s work on her hair, she offered to have mine done as well. As though by magic, Joel’s talented hands transformed my boring, rather choppy mop into voluminous, flirty waves — something of a nod to old Hollywood. While Joel worked on me, the insanely talented and wonderful Eddie Giron — new to Eden (but certainly not to makeup artistry!) as of a few weeks ago — put makeup on my mom, making her as gorgeous and sophisticated as I’d ever seen her.
After my hair was finished and I sat down in front of Eddie, he asked me what kind of a look I had in mind for evening. I told him, «This is probably the one and only time I’ll be attending a blockbuster movie première in Hollywood, so I’d like a ‘smoldering’ look!» Without batting (or rolling) an eye, Eddie smiled warmly and went right to work. He asked me if I was comfortable with black eye shadow, to which I replied, «I trust you implicitly — do whatever you think will look great,» which was the absolute truth after seeing how he turned my mom into such a babe. There are truly countless wonderful things I could say about my experience with Eddie, but I’ll sum it up by listing a few highlights. Eddie made me feel totally comfortable and welcome from the get-​go. He was incredibly gentle when applying my makeup. I had pretty much no idea of what I wanted — or what to expect — from asking for a ‘smoldering’ look, and Eddie showed not a hint of condescension or smugness from my simple-​minded request. He was incredibly patient with my blinking when he applied eyeliner to my waterline. I’ve been dealing with a bad bout of cystic acne on my forehead, and he didn’t ask about it or make me feel self-​conscious whatsoever. We held a genuine conversation, and I found him to be lovely and incredibly humble. When he finished, I looked in the mirror and couldn’t believe how utterly glamorous and beautiful he made me look. Eddie is truly an artist, and hands down, he gave me the best makeover I’ve ever received — he made me look and feel like a rockstar! I went to the première feeling gorgeous and confident, and I will forever carry with me the very fond memory of my experience at Eden! Thank you Eddie and all at Eden!

Bridget Snow is an amazing addition to this salon!!! Bridget has been my stylist for years in Houston… I would plan all my trips home from LA around my cut/​color schedule… So, I was so happy when she decided to make Hollywood her new home!
This girl loves her job, and is more passionate about color combos than I knew was possible! After years of ombré, she did a highlight for me in December that received more compliments than ever! Having a few weeks between residency and work, I even let her try a pastel pink a few weeks ago. It was so subtle that even a nerd like myself could pull it off!!!
This girl has potential to take over Hollywood! If you want to try a trendy cut or color… Or just want a natural look… She is the best! And, the conversation alone is worth a visit!!!

Loved this place! It has a bright modern feel to it that is clean, open, and airy.
I got there a little early for my appointment and wandered around the neighborhood, lots of great neighboring shops if you have a few minutes to kill. I was welcomed right away and offered some water and had the opportunity to look through some modern and more vintage fashion and style books for inspiration until my appointment.
Stephen was fantastic — a perfect mix of engaged with what I was going for and attentive to my looking for a moment to relax along with my haircut (came straight from a long day at work). One of the unique things about the cut is that I explained to Stephen where I was going with my hair, and he didn’t try to re-​invent the look; but instead cleaned up my hair and set it on the course I have in mind.
Overall, this was a great relaxing salon experience with attentive and very skilled staff. These people are some of the best at what they do!

I love this place because every time I go, there are plenty of friendly faces. I made an appointment to get my hair cut with Chloe, she listened well, and clearly discussed options with me. She did an amazing job. I love the way my hair looks and feels!
I love that there is no «surprise» charges at this salon, where with some other LA salons they that have told me certain things will be more after they’ve already started! Everything was very clear from the start.
Eden herself has such a kind, up beat personality, and is so fun to be around!
The ambiance of the place is great as well, there is plenty of natural light, and it is very spacious.
It also conveniently has FREE PARKING just past the salon.

I tried a lot of salons and this is the best salon so far! The people work there are extremely nice and make you feel like home. I colored my hair from ombré to pink pastel with Anya and she is the besttt… love her. I have thick and asian hair, so its hard to bleached it out, but she did a great job and successfully make it pastel :) i recommend this to everyone! the price is very reasonable with what you get…

Roberta did an amazing job by fixing my horrible colored hair and made it beautiful to what I wanted by color correction. She had the exact color I wanted my hair to be so I was VERY pleased. She also cut my hair to the extent it needed (from previous damages) but within reason to keep the length very long. I’ve been to many stylists and no one has pleased me like she has :) I HIGHLY recommend her!

This is my first time at Eden and my first time receiving a gel manicure. Denise took great care of me and the experience was very personal; you don’t feel like a cog in giant machine like some at nail salons. She is very creative and detail oriented. Love my nails.

Got my Color done here at Eden and walked out with an Rich Brunette Base with an Ashy Blonde Balayage. Let’s not forget about the Blowout, she smooth out my very curly hair using Y.S.Park Brushes and set my blow dry with the brushes to give that bouncy look.
Def will be back and will not disappoint you with her bubbly personality :)

Summed up… LOVE. GO.
But on a slightly more specific note, there’s no place I’m more trusting of with respect to makeup than this salon, even more specifically the makeup wizard of sorts, Carla Abruzzo!
I am the biggest makeup-​phobe, so not only has this Wonder Woman of the West heard my plea, but she cured me of my phobia. Her technique is not too little and not too much and for that, I am thankful.
She also did my wedding day makeup for myself and my entire bridal squad, mother included. Impressed beyond words by both her level of professionalism and continued attention to detail, the girl’s got stamina! It is a fact that I will never again look as good as I did on my wedding day. Cheers to that!

As a new mom I rarely have time to myself so when I want to get my hair done and really enjoy the experience, Eden is where I go. The salon is a gorgeous space with great service the moment you walk through the door.
Marissa Alvarez is my go to girl for my color — she always knows how to interpret my seasonal taste and recommend something I’m going to love. Last visit was a merlot tint, before that a hint of violet. She’s got a wonderful eye, great sense of style and a kind heart. You know you’ll leave there looking and feeling fabulous after a visit with Marissa.

Just another excellent experience at Eden. Walked in without an appt trying to remedy a nappy head of hair full of gnarly knots from a Vegas Night Swim that wreaked havoc on my mane.
No one batted an eye. They just got down to business. I was at the verge of tears when I walked in thinking the only resolve would be to shave it off (it was tattered up like a jewelry box shake up where all your baubles become intertwined and no amount of patience in the world can fix it), but the wonderful lady who did me up, smoothed it out with some finesse and serious shampoo/​conditioning finger penetration. To be honest, I didn’t even care about the blow out at that point, but as expected she nailed that, too! And in less than 45 minutes, no less!
