They run an ad on Groupon with an incorrect phone number. All you get is a nonstop busy signal. When you try to contact the other locations, it always go through to voice mail and they don’t return calls.

Dr. Laser has been an overall amazing experience for me. My tattoo removal has been nothing short of a 5 star service and everyone who works there is informed, accommodating and professional. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Recently, I had a bad breakout and during one of my tattoo removal sessions I was able to get a rejuvenation facial with the laser – thank you Morgan and Joe! I’m looking forward to it clearing up a recent breakout I got (thanks to a day of eating too much sugar) and also getting rid of some of my sun spots. Joe, the president of Dr Laser, and Morgan, my nurse, went above and beyond for me and I’m so thankful to them. I HIGHLY recommend you come here and check it out for yourself – you won’t regret it.

Bought the groupon and came here for 3 sessions. Everybody was nice, though the wait was sometimes annoying. But the main problem is that the tattoo didn’t budge. Zero fading. Not sure if it’s their work or my body but it was not a match.

I’m currently undergoing tattoo removal treatments at dr. LASER and so far, it’s been a great process! Today, I had laser skin rejuvenation on my face and my skin is glowing! It cleared all my impurities and imperfections and gave me a nice, dewey look. I definitely recommend both of those treatments! Joe and his nurses are lovely, professional and informative.

I had this beautiful woman Roya work with me. She was incredible and I seriously felt like I looked years younger after my hour facial. She asked me my concerns as well as analyzed my face to see what needed/​should be done. The products she used were natural. We used this pumpkin and cinnamon spread which smelled amazing and ate away all the dirt in my pores. This is the first time since my old facialist had left that I have been excited. We spoke a little after about my face and preventative measure for myself. She customizes what your face needs… not what everyone else is getting. I have bought a package to continue working with her.

I’ve had several tattoo removal sessions at Dr. Laser. I was so happy with the entire process that I purchased a package to finish the remainder of my tattoo removal with them.
By far the most efficient staff I have ever come across for tattoo removal service. I have never had to wait, the women (Rachelle and Morgan) performing the tattoo removal are so sweet, professional and fast!!! They use a cold air vacuum to help aid pain which I feel is a million times more effective for than lysine and numbing cream combined! I’m no longer stressed out, anxious or depressed when I go to get my tattoo removed. Before I went to Dr. Laser, it hurt so bad and burned so much that I would take a few hours out of my day to cope.
So happy with my experience, I decided to try out their facials.

I always do a TONNE of research and ask around before I commit to putting any money down for anything. They had a special going so I decided why not give it a shot.
I am 25. My skin the past few years has started to become more sensitive and irritated. No matter what I tried, there was always tiny pimples deep under my skin that I couldn’t get through to, as well as occasional acne and pimples. I would classify my skin in crisis of mild acne.
I bought a package at Skin Laundry, reading reviews it sounded too good to be true. The before and after photos sold me. Long story short, it was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. My skin isn’t even close to being full blown acne and I noticed little to no difference after following the doctors recommendations and purchasing their entire skin care line. At the end of the day my skin did not change.
I tried a bunch of natural skin care lines and a bunch of other products on Amazon. Nothing really got completely cleared my skin.
Finally after having a facial with ROYA, my skin began to improve!
Go see ROYA at Dr. Laser. Her facials are amazing! She extracts everything in your skin so meticulously and painlessly! My skin is always super smooth and glowing after seeing her. She is very knowledgable, has a ton of experience and cares about you. Just the little advice she gave me during the first session has gone such a long way.
You can tell she cares and its nice to feel like you have someone there to help you get to your goal.
I am incredibly happy with all of my experiences so far at Dr. Laser. I am so happy to finally be able to say that my skin is actually getting better.
I just got a small Spectra Laser Peel package and I will post a review again after a few sessions and update Unilocal on my thoughts and progress.

I booked a facial through groupon. I’m glad I didn’t pay full price for the facial. The front office staff was so friendly and accommodating but the facial wasn’t really worth it. Thank goodness I wasn’t suckered into a facial package. The parking there is limited to an hour but it’s free so I’m not complaining.

I thought about my «shake down» experience at Dr. Laser and decided I wanted to cancel the expensive package they forced on me. I sent an email to the aggressive sales rep after speaking to my credit card company — they advised me to put my cancellation request in writing. I didn’t hear back.
I finally got a call from an obnoxious guy (Adam maybe?) attempting to LECTURE me for not keeping my appointment. When I had tried to cancel the whole thing in writing.
I notice this place running another «daily deal» and I can only urge you NOT to purchase it… you will be so aggressively pursued for more $$ and the aggravation is just not worth it. AVOID.
