I live at one of Cory’s Properties. He just came on as a manager a few months ago and completely turned the place around… No rats, no cockroaches, safer, cleaner, more modern, The list of upgrades and value he has added in just 4 months is astounding !

I’ve known Cory for a while now. My husband and I rented our first apartment together from him. He was truly an amazing manager. He really cared about the tenants and the building. When we left we were sad mostly because we knew our new manager was going to suck.
Few years later we bought our own house and moved there. For work purposes we had move and we were using a service, Pillow, to help rent our house on airbnb. They don’t provide full-​service, so we used Cory to help us with the rest. As months past, I was not very satisfied with Pillow’s services and decided to let Cory manage the place solely, which I should have done from the beginning. Since Cory took over, I’ve had no issues, I don’t have to worry about my guests/​renters. He’s always on top of things. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a great time. We have all 5 star reviews on the property and it’s all because of Cory’s help. He is very personable and renters appreciate that. I look forward to continue working with him as long as we are renting our house. I’ll recommend him to any owners that are looking for a management company to manage their house/​apartments.

Cory is all about the personal touch, problem solving, and making it work! He helped me move into a terrific property, and was so helpful at every step along the way. This is a guy that pays attention to details and really cares. I’ve had such nightmare experiences with Property Management companies that just don’t give a crap, so it was so refreshing to work with someone who’s always willing to go the extra mile!

Finding a new place can be so tedious and stressful. With Cory’s help I was able find my new place quickly and effectively and he was always available whenever I had any questions. Can’t thank you enough for all your help Cory.

Cory made it easy for me to move into my apartment. He has always exceeded my expectations in a property manager. While he was the property manager, the grounds were very well maintained and any issues were attended to promptly. He is proactive to the needs of the community that he builds. Cory is by far the best building manager I have met. If I were to rent another apartment, I would definitely rent from him.

I left my Ritz Property apartment for a vintage courtyard that is better in every way — except for one: CORY. I appreciated him while he was my manager, but I didn’t realize quite how exceptional he was until after I moved. I have even contacted him for tenant information and advice a couple of times since I moved.

Cory was my building manager for 3 years. It is almost too good to be true to have had a more caring, knowledgeable and motivating manager such as Cory. Unfortunately Cory ruins the curve for all other managers you try to compare him to both past, present, and future ones you will come across. It’s because it would be nearly impossible to find a better manager than Cory that not only is there for the tenant ²⁴⁄₇ to fix or help you with anything you need but you also get a manager who is thee for you as a person, a friend.
Cory helped me find a great apt in west hollywood more than three years ago. At last minute there was a problem with the tenant moving out and the apt was no longer available. I already moved out at this point from my old apt and had no idea what to do. Luckily, Cory was able to find and show me not one but two other apts that just went up at last minute before anyone else. Both were better than the first west hollywood apt. Cory helped me choose the one I am in to this day with a fantastic deal.
Cory will make you feel spoiled if you ever have him as a manager, landlord or advisor in the future bc he not only goes out of his way to be the best manager you could have but takes another step beyond and cares for you as a person. Not just a person but a friend you can always go to for great advice and will have a solution for every problem.

I was fortunate to have Cory as my residential manager for two years. He is one of the best and ensured any issues were handled in a timely manner. Cory was professional, friendly, responsive and caring from day one, before I was even a tenant. With him, you are certainly in good hands.

Cory really cares about the tenants living in buildings and works very hard to keep them happy. He was very helpful to me as a tenant when I lived in a building he was the leasing agent for — he helps the value of the building go up and is a real asset to any building owner who cares about the quality of their tenants lives.

Cory has been my building manager for 4 years. I’ve lived all over the United States and in 3 countries. Cory is BY FAR the most responsive and competent manager I’ve encountered. Issues are handled promptly and professionally. The building and grounds are spotless. He calls my apartment a «shoes off» apartment to anyone coming in to do work so I guess I’m picky. Well this picky tenant would tell anyone to live in one of his buildings with no hesitance. He has made living here a pleasure. I wish I could think of one complaint… but I can’t. You won’t find a more professional or competent property manager who will go the extra mile for a tenant within reason. Period.

Cory goes above and beyond to help new and existing tenants. He helped me complete the endless paperwork via mail and email when I relocated to West Hollywood, including going to the city to get the parking permit (for a temporary no park zone) for our Uhaul to help with the move in.
He is quick to address any repair requests or needs. He is professional, approachable and his integrity is impeccable. He takes pride in his work and it shows, we benefit from his self-​imposed high standards.

Cory is one of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. He helped my husband and I get our new place in a great area of LA, and we love it. He was very professional and nice with all our meetings and phone calls, and promptly responded to all my questions and concerns, remembering every detail. He’s totally like a helpful big brother that everyone needs! There wasn’t anything he wouldn’t have done that I needed help with, he would make it work for me. I highly recommend Cory for your housing needs, as we were so fortunate to have found him!

I love my building manager. There is no job too small, no problem he can’t solve. He responds to all requests promptly and knows how to fix everything. He keeps our landscaping beautifully. Every time I see him he’s working in the garden. He manages other buildings nearby and manages to get it all done. Best of luck Cory, we are so lucky to have you!
