I have followed Michelle (Blasi) Schwartz for 10 years, she is truly the master colorist! I have been struggling with grey hair since my early 20’s, and through the years I transitioned from a Brunette to a Blonde. After Michelle treats my hair, it feels heathy, and natural. Now that my hair is showing more grey being a blonde is the easiest way to keep the grey from showing earlier than it would as a brunette. The best compliment is from the people who only know me as a blonde, they can’t believe I not a natural blonde! That say’s a lot about Michelle, she knows her products, color and how to keep your hair healthy and strong! She is an incredible, talented, knowledgeable, stylist, colorist, who I would recommend as well a B2V Salon! The salon takes an interest in their customers and everyone who works there is friendly and it’s a great environment! My 18 year old son and 21 year old Daughter are clients of Michelle Schwartz at B2V Salon!

Ricardo is a brilliant colorist! Been to many and he is by far the best. Such a talent with fulfilling your vision and being ultra sensitive to not damaging your hair. He is also the nicest person! Highly recommend!

Trey provides the ultimate in color. Trey ensures I look my best. I always schedule myself and my clients with Trey before important events and meetings. I highly recommend Trey.

I followed my rock star stylist, Janet Lazar, to this salon, and like her, it rocks! Parking is generally not a big issue, but Doheny does get busy at times. The atmosphere is busy and fun.
As for Janet, she’s the best! She takes the time to listen to what you want and she knows how to make it happen. She’s been cutting my hair for years now and I plan for her to keep cutting it until either she can’t see straight anymore or I lose my hair. Neither will be happening anytime soon.

I must admit that I’ve always been a box dyer but hated how harsh it was on my hair. Got a great reco from a friend for B2V and decided to try it out after seeing all the amazing reviews on here. I had the best experience starting from the moment I stepped in. The salon is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. Heidi helped me make a final decision on what exactly I wanted to do to my hair and it came out beautifully. I couldn’t be happier! Heidi is the best! Still visiting Michelle Schwartz (formerly Blasi) at B2V for regular touchups and fun colors. In the last six months, she turned me both green and then purple!
The best part is that once the purple faded, I was left with a really nice ombré to carry me into the spring months. I appreciate that Michelle has the skill to take hair color in many directions, but can anticipate the long term result as well and minimize the need for excess upkeep or reprocessing.
That knowledge saves money, time, as well as the health of my hair in general — and that’s a big deal because I like to keep things easy and low maintenance.

I absolutely love B2V and my hairstylist, Janet Lazar, who is an absolute rock star. I found her through a friend after being disappointed with many other stylists in LA. Janet cuts and colors my hair to perfection every single time. Going to the salon is a great experience, as Janet and the other staff there are so friendly and hospitable. They really make sure that your salon experience is fun and you feel pampered. The salon looks like it used to be a house, and it has a cozy, relaxed vibe. They even have iced tea. I highly recommend both Janet and this salon.

Came here a few months ago twice to see JP who I think left he is amazing! I don’t give him two stars I give him 5 but the 2 stars for the business itself. They don’t tell you that even a centimeter of a trim will cost like$ 60 which is outrageous because you truly don’t need talent to do what was given to me no difference at all. I was not informed of this price until after which is a pretty shady and cheap thing to do someone.

Soudy is amazing! I found her through a groupon for a Brazilian wax and it was by far the most painless waxing experience I’ve had; I don’t even live in LA anymore but will hold off for months until I’m able to see her. I’ve also gotten a European facial done with her which was awesome. When it comes to any kind of beauty service, girl KNOWS HER STUFF. She’s also just an altogether wonderful and kind woman. Go see Soudy!

I saw pati here and I seriously had the best salon experience ever. Pati is not only incredibly nice but she made me feel like a million bucks with my new cut. The salon it’s self is really clean and everyone is really nice. My advice is if you want not only a great salon but someone who cares about making you look the best possible book an appointment with pati.

Thank you for bringing Pati on. She’s the best. Always look forward to spending time in her chair. Lots of fun, makes you feel pampered and I know that when I leave I will be looking my best! Great decision. And everyone there seemed so happy when I was there including all of the staff and all of the clients. That’s a sign of really great management and customer service. One word: fabulous! Janet has been my hair savior since 2012. Fate sent me to her and I have followed her since I moved to LA. She knows how to cut and style hair. She also listens to you and your needs. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her.

Michelle is an artist for hair. I have followed her from her previous salon and wouldn’t go to anyone else for color, cut or extensions.
Not only is she the most talented hair stylist I’ve worked with but she is the kindest and warmest human being.

Heidi gave me the best haircut and color I have ever had! I get non stop complements everywhere I go. And to top it all off my hair remains healthy and shiny even after dying. Thank you Heidi!

Wow, wow, wow! I can’t say enough good things about Heidi at B2V… She truly transformed my hair!
I moved to LA several months ago and was in desperate need of a cut, color, and hair makeover after several months of hair neglect. I asked a girlfriend of mine who always has fabulous hair where she goes, and she recommended Heidi at B2V salon.
When I arrived I was warmly greeted by the staff and felt comfortable in the cute boutique salon. Heidi came out to introduce herself and instantly put me at ease with her friendly and professional demeanor.
She whisked me back to her chair and talked to me at length about my hair habits, what I wanted to do differently, and the type of look I was going for. We looked up pictures online together of different looks I wanted to achieve and what would work best for me and my hair.
I got the sense that Heidi truly cares about her customers and their needs– she listened attentively to me and offered valuable suggestions based on my comments and her professional experience. She is not one of those stylists who is trying to «Guinea pig» her clients with a look that will not work for them– she is truly interested in finding what works for the PERSON, taking into account their habits, occupation, and lifestyle. She was also very candid with her comments, so I did not get the sense that she would agree with me if I wanted something that would not work for my needs.
After getting an idea of the direction we were going in, she set to work.
After a couple of hours of engaging conversation, genuine interest, and what I can only describe as magical cut and color skills– my hair was transformed! Even though it took a couple of hours, there was not one minute that I felt bored. The conversation did not feel forced (I have experienced that with other stylists in the past) and we laughed and had a great time throughout my appointment.
I even ordered lunch from the neighboring café and Heidi offered to run over and pick it up for me! She is the best!
Heidi is now my one and only stylist in LA. She does incredible work, is extremely friendly and fun, and her professionalism and talent raise the bar for other stylists and salons in the area. I would recommend Heidi to anyone who is looking for an A++ hair transformation like mine. I now have a reason to look forward to touch up appointments! Thank you Heidi! :)

Jp and John lee are passionate about what they do. They deserve more than 5 stars and it’s no wonder why they have such a good reputation. Their portfolio speaks for itself. The owner, Steve was incredible as well in being concerned with my color. Great team at b2v.

Their stylist Jean-​Pierre or «JP» absolutely ruined my hair. The highlights were poorly done & the color looks very cheap. The owner will be very nice up until the point you ask for a refund. Once you ask for your money back the owner will blame you and tell you he has nothing to do with it. I kid you not. They are the worst.
SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Janet Lazar is THE BEST in the business for blonde highlights. I’ve been working with her for over half a decade (wow, where does time go). B2V is a lovely space, nice people, and even though it’s such a high caliber salon I NEVER feel like the people there are judge-​y or gossipy or anything like that.

This is not for this salon but rather someone who works at this salon. Douglas Panguia. He started by showing me Larissa’s (ig: @larissalove), hair tone chart & zoom in and say «see my work, the hair has soo many dimensions to it.». He was recommended through a sweet coworker & I wouldn’t doubt her because she’s very knowledgeable. So I go to his house, in an attempt to not spend $ 400.two sessions later look at what my hair looked like. Not even an ombré. He wouldn’t refund my money, not even half. First session he was half an hour late & the second session late as well. The hair artist who fixed it asked me if he was on drugs while he did it. & 3 ppl told me to ask for my money back. I dont wish this on anyone. Different tones everywhere & crazy choppy highlights. Please please save yourself the time and energy, not to mention the disappointment.
