TOTAL TOTAL TOTAL rip off. I walk in for fluff and fold, they say «we weigh at the end, it’s $ 3.50 per pound.» Never having done fluff and fold and not knowing any better, I say OK, how much laundry could I be giving them. Come back for pickup, turns out 20 lbs cost me over $ 70! My fault for not checking, but post-​pickup research leads me to find going rate for fluff and fold is $ 1.50 /​lb max! Results don’t justify them charging MORE THAN DOUBLE their competitors, what are they thinking?
