Arm In Arm Travel

I’ve used Arm in Arm for a recent Mediterranean cruise and was more than pleased. They are friendly, professional, personable and responsive. They really understand the travel space and do right for their clients. Plus they are a downright joy to work with.

I recently used Arm In Arm for a Mediterranean cruise and they were fantastic! Everything was organized perfectly, from the excursions to the amazing job of coordinating our group of 20 plus guests on the boat. They’re incredibly fun and nice guys to top it off. Highly recommended!

Wow… I was so grateful to their suggestion in changing our plans from Cabo to Puerto Vallarta. They set us up with the most perfect vacation and service. The hotel was outstanding, concierge gave us extraordinary service and they even pulled in favors to get us on a cruise that was booked solid. Jordan and John make booking cruises really easy, convenient and take all of the stress out of it. I have used them twice for Atlantis cruses and both have been excellent customer service experiences. The second cruise I ended up having to cancel and Arm In Arm helped me to take care of finding a replacement, changing over the names and really took all of that stress away. They are responsive and very friendly and always there to help.

I have been booking with arm in arm cruises for over a year and a half for all of my travel with Atlantis cruise vacations. They do all of the work on the phones, which can be extremely tedious with long hold times, as well as book airfare and hotel acoomodations… and they work out several other minutia that I would likely have overlooked! This has been helpful beyond compare, having them thoroughly relaying every option via email and making me aware of everything needed. There have been several occasions on cruises where there haven’t been any cabins available, and they were able to use their connections to pull a room and get me onboard when I would have otherwise been wait listed or just plain out of luck! They are friendly, prompt, and professional and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to take the work out of booking a trip. The very best part, they have never charged a cent!

My boyfriend and I decided two weeks before the Atlantis Mexico cruise last month we wanted to book a room. We went to the Atlantis website to find very few rooms left and only the more pricey ones. The owners John and Jordan came highly recommended by a few friends so we contacted them and I’m so pleased we booked through them. We ended up getting a much less expensive room which was not listed on the website that only Arm in Arm had early knowledge of because of close connections with Atlantis.
Because we had booked two weeks before the cruise, Atlantis could not mail us important travel information packets. Arm in Arm sent me all the documents and info I would need electronically, which I would not have gotten from Atlantis.
Aside from this, the guys are both really friendly and professional. You will have such an easy time planning your next vacation! I will definitely book with them again.
