Roberto Saracino, a lifetime restaurateur dedicates his time towards importing Italy’s finest products.
Antonio Galdieri is an engineer from Naples and has always had a passion for tradition, wine and genuine food.
Genarro Pirozzi, owner and founder of Casabianca mozzarella and a true pioneer of innovative tradition.
They came together in 2013 at a prime location in West Hollywood to bring the hungry people of Los Angeles the true flavors of Italy, Al Bacio.
