I had some wrists/hands X-rays done. Everything went fine and smooth without problems. Did not wait long, tech was knowledgeable and courteous. However, their billing department is terrible. They double billed my insurance company for the same service. Insurance refused to pay one of them, so Prohealth billed me! The first time I called Prohealth billing dept., the person I spoke with said the insurance only paid for one hand, and said she would bill the insurance company again. I kept on getting the same bill from Prohealth, until I received one with«Past Due Notice» warning. Called Prohealth and they said they’d ‘give’ me another 30 days! The nerve! To make it worse, the billing department is only open 10 am to 3 pm M-F. I called my insurance company and after waiting for a long time, they finally clarified it for me and told me what happened: Prohealth billed them twice for same service. I called Prohealth billing one more time(third or fourth time) and informed them they should not be billing me because they were already paid. The unfriendly woman voice on the other end finally(casually) admitted it was their mistake and said I owed nothing. No apologies or anything. Based on the billing headaches alone, I do not recommend this place. That should have never happened to start with. Ask your doctor’s office for another location. There are a few others in the same area.

This place is like a factory. They bring them in one after the next with NO customer service and no compassion or explanation. Go somewhere else!!! I had an MRI for a concussion. I was extremely sensitive to sound, dizzy and nauseous before I got on the bed. The technician handed me ear plugs and that’s about all the info I got from her. I had to eject because those sounds were hideous and basically intolerable with a concussion. When I did, they were totally rude. I could barely stand up, was shaking so badly I couldn’t open my locker and was incredibly nauseous with a horrendous headache and not one person asked how I was or if they could help. They just yelled at me to get back in the machine, and that soooo wasn’t happening. I asked for a few minutes to try and regain composure, nope. Please teach your staff how to communicate properly, explain what to expect and show some compassion.

excellent office! work around patient schedules and accommodate to fit them in their schedule same date. turn out for reports is ONLY2DAYS! and they also offer on line access to you images from your computer! you can even burn a CD from your home or access it from your ipad!
