Precision Tree Service

This company should not be called «Precision». I will NEVER use them again. Not recommended. Paid them $ 2400 — by far not the cheapest but thought they would do the best job. Wrong. On top of that, I actually bought the crew lunch sodas and even gave the boss, Fidel, coronas when they left. AND Fidel broke an old collectible crock pot and failed to reimburse us. So the job cost nearly $ 2600. They left in a whirlwind at about 3pm ostensible because Fidel did not want to pay «overtime». I did not pay by the hour — it was by the job (which they did not finish). And Fidel cashed the check within minutes of leaving. The next day I reviewed the trees and notice that there were still a lot of dead branches as well as a huge branch lodged in the grapefruit tree. Tried to call Fidel but no response on any of the numbers. When I tried again a week later, finally Fidel answered the phone. Then he came over and starts spouting that the dead limbs happened after they trimmed (a week after the original work) What a crock (pun intended). I asked him to have his guys return to finish job. He refused and also refused to pay for the pot HE broke. He was truly obnoxious. Further, Fidel promised there would be 8 workers plus him and he only showed up with 5. So, overall VERY disappointing, especially Fidel but mostly the lack of detail (ie lack of precision) in the work that was done. Can not and will not recommend this company. Beware the assuring words of Fidel, he does not live up to his talk. He is a schmoozer but at core just a taker. Terrible,
