If I could I give them no stars I would! Today the one lady was so rude! She wouldn’t understand that the Meds I was picking up for my daughter where under her last name, I kept telling her and we both have different last names! Made me wait for over 20 minutes when the meds where ready for pick up! She has to announce that I had to pick up because my daughter didn’t have the $$$ earlier. Then I asked for consultation and it took 3x’s me asking her if I could get consultation before she said okay. She kept making excuses that my daughter knew! I finally get consultation and pharmacist doesn’t even want to go over medication. So I pull out meds and ask and open boxes. He tells me they tell you what to do! Yes, but she already had received other inhalers and we had no clue if can be taken together! I get home and daughter is upset at me for not getting proper prescription information on how to take. Daughter calls and talks to lady and she said well prescription isn’t for her. Daughter tells her so when people have surgery you don’t consult with person picking up? She replied oh yes we do. I will not be going there ever again! So done With Oak Hills Pharmacy!

Convenient pharmacy especially if you take its size into consideration. Top notch service. Always smiling!

I have been going here for over 30 years. There has only been two pharmacist, one nicer than the other. Always helpful, efficient and informative. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

My dad moved from LA to West Hills about a month ago. I talked to a few possible pharmacies to fill his umpteen prescriptions and liked these guys right away. Very helpful, very straight-​forward, and they deliver.
They also walked me through the transfer process (I’m with Kaiser and other systems are mysterious to me) AND helped again when Dad’s old pharmacy suddenly refused to transfer things over.

My favorite phmarcy hands down. Ive been coming here for over 6yrs and everyone is always so happy, friendly and very helpful. They always go out of there way to help.

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy. The staff, no matter how busy they are is always extremely attentive and they make you feel so welcome. As a mother of an asthmatic/​ear infection-​prone child… it’s service like this that makes the process so much nicer. If I could, I would fill every script here. So CVS gets my 24 hour and convenience vote, but for true-​top-​notch service… Oak Hills takes the cake over them all, any day! I wish there were more stars… Thank you, everyone at Oak Hills Pharmacy!

This is The Most Caring friendly pharmacy ever! I have been going here for years now. Nothing like the other pharmacies at all! I shutter to think how other pharmacies treat you compared to Oak Hills. The most caring and friendly staff, you are treated with care and compassion. I don’t know maybe we don’t want this secret to get out, if everybody knew about this place, other pharmacies would surely go out of business, and it might have to change

Nice staff, fast service, I transfer my daughter’s, wife’s and my own prescriptions to this place, everybody is very friendly and helpful

I’ve been coming to Oak Hills for at least 20 years now. I knew the original owner, Ron very well as well as the primary person in charge. Well Ron retired and the pharmacy changed a bit. Then Adrienne left and the whole place changed. I wasn’t very happy during those times, but I expressed my displeasure and persisted and eventually courtesy returned!
Now, all the staff is great. Most of them recognize me when I walk in and greet me as if I were family. Maybe the squeaky wheel got some attention? I don’t know for sure, but now the pharmacist/​owner knows me also and this little, «small-​town» neighborhood pharmacy is just what it should be! Quaint, friendly, accurate and prompt! I usually call my prescriptions in and they are ready the next morning without fail. The staff have helped me several times actually save money on my prescriptions which is so very nice to see!

If you are looking for a neighborhood pharmacy staffed by caring, friendly people who know your name and will go out of their way to help, your search is over. I was the type who always went to the chain pharmacies because I thought the local «in-​house» stores would be more expensive, but prescription benefits apply here. So, for the same copay, I get my medications quickly and efficiently. The wait time is almost always 10 minutes or less, refills can be painlessly ordered over the phone, and they deliver! The owner, Lee, has even stayed a few minutes past closing time to allow me to pick up an urgently needed antibiotic. I love Oak Hills!

So efficient and accurate which is important in prescriptions. The bonus is the people that work there. So friendly and ready to help. It’s little things like that that add to the day.
